My husband took 2 Amazon returns to this location. Only received 1 notification from Amazon. Don't know about the 2nd return as the only document they sent says contact Amazon about this return. What does that even mean? I will go back to using The Mailroom or Staples if available. read more

Very welcoming and willing to fill orders quickly. And very helpful. No wait at all for a decent price.

I use them to return my Amazon packages, and it's always quick and easy. I have also had them box up items for mailing.

After paying for 2 day delivery it is now day 5 and my package still has not been delivered, called the store and was told "I explained the delivery was not guaranteed..." then why would I pay so much for 2 day delivery? Go with FedEx or any other delivery method. Customer service needs improvement read more

I have been to this UPS Store a couple of times. Each time the person helping me was very patient...figuring out Amazon returns, mailing packages, and help with making copies. I like the feeling at this shop, so I'll be back when I'm in the area. Thanks for your support, and I wish you well in this new venture! read more

Every time I have gone to the store whether it be for an Amazon return or a quote, they have always been great to work with.

This is a really good UPS store. I have a great experience with Steve Romero. Steve is a very cool and down-to-earth person. He and his team really helped me figure out how to work with technology and helped me with a notary public. They're very easy to work with and I really appreciate their help and customer service. Wish you all well! read more

I needed to print some documents. The self-service computer doesn't work. You can only print something by emailing it to the employees. But the store also doesn't have WiFi, so there is no way to email anything to the employees. They recognized this made printing anything impossible and just shrugged. read more

I brought a plaque to be mailed they measured it and taped it up with address on it. Then proceeded to tell me it was over $20 to send. The item was $2.00 and the young man told it was to late to change my mind about it. Really?? What would your boss say? I won't be back... read more

I went to the UPS store to get a document notarized. There were two people in front of me (at the labels counter), I waited for them to be helped and when it was my turn, I asked the man if I could have a document notarized. He said they could do it but that " I don't want to". I thought he was joking, but then he said "it takes too long" and that he would have to pull one of the girls working shipping to do it and he didn't want to do that. I looked over to the shipping counter and there were two employees and each employee was helping one customer and at that time, no one was waiting in line. I don't understand why I couldn't have just been the next customer in line and been helped by the next clerk that was available. He asked to see the document, then asked "Don't you have a bank you can take this to?" I don't get why this man (probably the manager) was so lazy that he could not help the employees in shipping while one of them notarized one document. YOU SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE SERVICES THAT YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO PROVIDE! "I don't want to" is by far the lamest thing I have every heard an employee/manger say!!! read more

I had to return a 36x36 condenser pad I purchased from Amazon, and was told, by Amazon, the Seller, it can be shipped back to them, through UPS, without a box. However, this store refused to accept it. I told them Amazon said this could be done, and asked why the mailing label couldn't be placed on the pad itself. It's a hard solid square object, and could easily ship without a box. They still refused. Once I called Amazon and explained the situation, they refunded my money without having to return the pad. Amazingly enough, I received a package shipped through Fed Ex that arrived to me in a bag like you get at Walmart. They obviously don't require a box. Next time, I will skip the store and go straight to UPS. Better service, friendlier people. read more

I know this location is newly opened but I am very disappointed by my experience with them today. I had an Amazon return to do, which this location accepts, and the Amazon instructions said do not put in a box, take to the UPS store with scan code and they will package the item and return it. I had done this once before at this very location with no issues. Today however they told me I needed to buy a box, when I explained Amazons instructions they told me that for this I needed a box and they could sell me one for $5. I said no and asked if they had an empty box I could use (I saw 2 empty Amazon boxes near a trash bin and one under a table) and they said they had none. I explained I lived quite a distance away and it is inconvenient to drive so far for a box when I was instructed NOT to use one. Again they offered to SELL me a box. I left and later, with the box from home, my husband went back. He did not tape the box in case they needed to verify the contents inside the box. When he handed it to them they told him it had to be taped shut and he could PAY THEM to tape it shut or BUY a whole roll of tape!!! Seriously, they wanted to charge him $3 to tape the box shut! My husband asked it they were serious and the young woman said yes. Fortunately another employee saw his frustration with what seems to be petty greed at this location and said they would tape it. I have no words. I followed the instructions given by Amazon and twice in the same day this store tried to squeeze extra money from us including for a strip of TAPE!!! I am upset with both them and Amazon. I will not go here again for anything unless I have to. I will use the Staples down the street instead. This is just greedy and ridiculous. read more
