Manager is rude, condescending, and frankly just an a$$hole. He spoke to me like I was a complete idiot when I asked him to check for my package. He spelled my name wrong, then started berating me when I tried to correct him. I said "you don't have to be so rude" and he started trying to fight with me. These days, things are running smoothly. With a capable manager and staff, I no longer have any worries. It's pricey to rent a box, but I can't imagine my life without it. They sign for all my packages. Store them when I'm away on vacation. We have great communication. They provide many services, including a notary if you book in advance. read more

It was my first time using UPS. Got a shipment from the US, and its definitely my last. It was so frustrating, having to skip work for three whole days because UPS wouldn't deliver my parcels. They left the first failed attempted delivery note on my neighbor's door instead of mine, with my unit number clearly written on the note - clearly shows they weren't even capable of getting the right apartment. Second "attempt", no note left at all. Third supposed "attempt", I found a note at the lobby entrance with my apartment number clearly written on it! Do I live in a lobby? Or do I have to wait for my parcel all day long in the lobby? And to think I had left my door slightly open the whole day with the hope that even if they were to reach my door and think of intentionally taking my parcel away so the company can keep paying them for futile delivery attempts, they would have a little bit of mercy but no! Terrible service! Now I have to request for my parcel to be dropped off at an access point and I wait another 24 - 48 hours to go do their job for them! Well done UPS! I'm so proud of you! Saved us with printing on an extremely tight schedule. Susan and Winfield went above and beyond to help us out with our printing job at a ridiculous time of night. Everything was handled promptly and very well and we really appreciated it. Would definitely recommend or use again if we need more printing in Edmonton! read more

Oh yes. Another bad review for this store. Don't ever deal with Winfrey if you need to get anything done properly or professionally. He's a lazy mouthpiece who makes more excuses than reasons to do any printing business with him. Beyond the nickelling, diming, lying and half-assedness, there are extremely racist remarks made off-the-cuff like they're no big deal. I don't understand why such a prime location has such subprime management. All I wanted was some posters printed for a community gathering. Stay away from this location!!! I ordered a package from a reputable online retailer, and had it shipped with one day shipping, since I wanted to receive it before a long weekend. The item was supposed to arrive that Friday before 8pm. I stayed home that evening, and at 10pm Friday night, the package had still not been delivered. I tracked the package online, and found the following comment: "Customer was not available when UPS attempted delivery. Will deliver to a nearby UPS Access Point for customer pick up." When I checked the front door of my condo building, there was a delivery notice stuck to the door. However, at NO TIME WAS A DELIVERY ATTEMPT MADE! I can prove this since my phone is linked to the building intercom, and my phone records show no call from the intercom for the time period in question. The kicker is that the package now had to be picked up from this UPS Store THE NEXT WEEKDAY, which was the following Tuesday. So much for next day delivery, let alone delivery at all. I have had several such experiences now with UPS and this location in particular, and will not willingly do business with them anymore as a result. read more

Terrible service, and very unprofessional. I was overcharged and the delivery was much later than promised. They charged me the price of Express Service, because according to them, " it's only a couple dollars more than the express saver". However, it turned out tracking information showed my service level was "expedited", which was supposed to be 20 dollars cheaper! Stay away from this location. read more

Well intentioned but equally as bad as UPS itself. Since UPS Stores offer all UPS services but have no power over delivery, they simply serve as an unnecessary proxy that will leave you with more questions than answers and eventually recommend you call the UPS 1-800 number. Also a drop off point for UPS drivers in the area who don't like delivering packages to the intended location (like my doorstep). read more

People seem to be mistaken here - the UPS shipper is a different company under the same umbrella as the UPS retail store. If there's a delay in shipping, the retail store had nothing to do with that. They're just the people you go to for pickups. My experience with the actual UPS store has been very good. The staff were pleasant to deal with and I got what I needed. Where they could improve is having Sunday hours, but this has not affected me personally. read more

BUYERS BEWARE : I bought two wedding dresses from BHLDN. I bought the first one and shortly after they released their summer collection and I bought a second wedding dress with the intentions of returning the first one. The first wedding dress was supposed to be delivered through UPS on May 14. It was not delivered because Joshs name is on the buzzer and mine is not. UPS did not attempt to contact me, I had to contact them to determine where the hell the dress was. The second dress comes and it is my dream wedding dress. However, they decided that I need to pay 187.43 dollars for a Brokerage COD fee... which is odd considering that BOTH of the dresses came from the same store BHLDN. They told me it was because the second one was shipped from China. I called BHLDN and they confirmed that BOTH dresses came from the United States as that is where their warehouse is. I refused to pay the 187.43 bullshit fee and now I have no wedding dress. Thanks UPS for your bullshit service. All this to say, don't ship your shit through UPS because they are junk. read more

All was good until the owner did not return my refundable deposit for mailbox. I had a mailbox over there for a year and after it expired I cancelled the rental box. He said if you return the keys I will refund your deposit. He never mentioned that he wants the key right away (in fact he really didn't want the key and wanted to keep deposit) . So after 45 days when I went there to return keys he said because it took too long he is not going to refund me! When I said I have come a long way just to return key; why should I have done this if there was not any refund? He said he does not care how far I have come. Very rude. I do not recommend this place. I gave this UPS store a package with an xbox in it, to send to microsoft. First they sent it to the wrong side of the country - delaying the delivery time significantly - and then by the time it got to where it was supposed to go, it was smashed up and damaged upon being received. The UPS store has absolutely refused to accept responsibility, saying "I didn't buy insurance" (despite never once mentioning insurance when I paid for the shipping). This has been a three-month-long debacle and the jerk who runs this store has dragged his feet every step of the way. I refuse to ever use UPS again, would not recommend. read more
