went out of my way to use ups vs. usps for guarantee delivery of an important envelope. paid 60 bucks for it to be there the next day what do they do without explaining it to me slap a stamp on it and hand it right to the usps system. whom now just says label created not picked up and this was 2 days ago. stop back in to question and there response while nice was got to take it up with usps, what about the 60 bucks I paid to have it there yesterday... got to take that up with usps and don't even let me tell you about the 40 pages you have to read there to submit a request to get a refund on a priority mail shipment. morale of the story just tell someone that hey this is just going to get dropped in the regular mail. read more

I was shipping a very fragile, glass display case that my mother has had since the 1950s. The clerk assured me that it would arrive in good condition. She told me to buy the big bag of pink packing peanuts, and the large roll of bubble wrap. She told me she would double box it for extra protection. All the while smacking her gum loudly with her mouth open. I should have known. When the package arrived to my sister's home in California, it was destroyed. The glass was shattered, and the wooden frame was splintered. Completely beyond repair. They had used about 20 packing peanuts total, very little bubble wrap, and left the inside of the glass case empty. It should have been filled with peanuts, styrofoam, bubble wrap, or anything else to protect it against being crushed and broken. When I went back to this UPS store to complain, I was told that they were not allowed to use packing peanuts (so why did they sell me the large bag?), and that she only charged me for one box (so why did she tell me that she would double box it?) The man helped me to fill out the claims form, but at no time did he offer an apology for his staff and their deception, and their callous treatment of a family heirloom. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I will be using FedEx for all of my future shipping needs, and packing fragile items myself. read more

This is my neighborhood UPS store and I am used to using their services 3-4 times a month if not more. I shop online and use Amazon a great deal plus I have friends on the west coast I send things too several times a year. The last 2 times I've been in there the line has been backed up out the door practically. Not only that, but the familiar faces I am used to seeing are all gone. Today was my final time visiting the store. They charged me $5 to print 2 prepaid labels. So returns that should have cost me nothing, I ended up having to pay toward. They have always charged for internet use if you were checking email and using web services but never just to print a label. Even FedEx charges to print labels but it's cents per minute. I questioned the charge and the new manager wouldn't even make eye contact with me, just pointed and said there was a sign on the computer. There's always been a sign but it wasn't just for printing labels. But he wouldn't even acknowledge that something had changed or that yes, I wasn't mistaken, they previously did not charge but today they were. Even if it means going out of my way to find another UPS store, I won't be patronizing this location again. I prefer UPS 100 to 1 over FedEx but at a greedy $5 for ONE sheet of paper and Internet they're paying to have either way, that cranky turd can keep it. read more

Online, it says this store opens at 8:30, yet upon my 8:36 arrival, I was greeted with a group of people waiting to be helped outside of a locked store. Quick in and out to drop off a return package to Amazon. The store was clean, and the lady working the counter was extremely friendly. I didn't have time to cut my packing label or tape up the box before I got into the store, and when I mentioned that I needed to buy some tape to put the whole thing together, she just let me use some of theirs. My whole visit was really pain free, and we joked around about general happenings in the world. The parking lot is enormous since it's in a strip mall and is shared with a lot of other stores. They had pretty much anything you could need to ship something in there if you don't already have a box or shipping supplies of your own. I've been in here a few other times, and it's never been busy. I've never been in there longer than 5 minutes, and that includes time spent conversing with the workers. read more

Terrible packaging and customer service. Shipped a Mac Pro from here through their pack and ship program and the Mac Pro got BENT. A solid aluminum computer was bent due to poor packaging. Not sure what the employees were thinking. read more

This location is a mess, complete scam. They charged me $144.64 to ship a phone "express"to Canada 1-2 days, btw it would have been less than $26 with usps. That was on 07-22-20 Phone finally made it to its destination on 08-05-20 at 4:20pm. Owner Dan was great when it was time to charge me their fees/price but the worse when it came time to explain why I was charged express prices but shipment took roughly 3wks. They tried to middle man me roughly $122 to send my package through usps. However I did end up getting $80 of my money back but I would have rather it make it to it's destination on time. Stay far away from this ups!!! I'm currently in contact with corporate to make sure they know about this location. UPDATE!! Owner Dan , I received your text message refusing to give me the information I need to file a claim with USPS because I left your store a poor review. Just because you were hoping to scam/middleman me to make some money, my shipment I made through you which I paid for 1-3 day shipment arrived 3wks later. Funny how your prices changed as well.You stated you would file a claim because it was late then turnaround and tell me I have to file it even though I didn't send it through USPS.
