All of the things that weren't in totes (not a huge amount but some things) were completely water damaged if not eaten entirely by mice or rats - including some plastic items and sides of the actual totes. There was a water leak in a corner of my unit I didn't see until moving out because it was never leaking when I was there but my stuff is damaged and the palette that was in there when moved in is wet under my things this place is not only disgusting with the water and nice problems, it is poorly managed - I couldn't get a manager to call me back for 3 weeks when I was calling about the rate I was paying and how it is almost double their advertised rate. the girl I did speak to just yelled at me at how a price increase is in my contract (100% fine) and she refused to listen to me at all when I asked why it was almost double their stated price, only telling me a smaller locker would be cheaper and the increase was in the user agreement. She had said the managers would call me back ASAP. 2/3 weeks went by and I heard nothing from them, I found every other storage place was about half what i was paying and moved to a much cleaner, friendlier place. oh and they tried to charge me for another month even with giving them two weeks notice of moving out before my current pay period was over.

I went in on September 28, 2023, to drop off packages to be shipped. The guy was sitting at a desk five feet from the counter and told me to leave the package he would scan it in later. I explained I needed a tracking number - he said he was "very much tired" and would do it later. I left laughing at the absurdity that he was working and couldn't be bothered helping a CUSTOMER, the reason for him working in the first place. Then, I returned to discuss the issue with the owner/manager. He was upstairs and the "tired" employee shouted up to the person and said something in another language. The "manager" said "tell him to leave his phone number, I am too busy". I mentioned I would call head office, the manager chased me to my car trying to discuss the issue. DO NOT USE THEM, UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK "TIRED" EMPLOYEES LOSING YOUR PACKAGE, OR BEING TREATED UNPROFESSIONALLY. NEVER AGAIN.
