Even though she was 40 minutes from my home and the others were much closer, I appreciated her quick response and decided to take the garment to Lorena. She was busy but still got to my garment within a few days. And she found that the issue was not the zipper itself but how it was sewn in. Lorena was able to repair the issue rather than replacing the entire zipper. I really appreciated her honesty and integrity, as she could have easily replaced it as I asked and charged me accordingly. I doubt other vendors would have taken the time to examine the problem and provide an alternate solution. I recommend Lorena and will definitely go to her for any future alterations or repairs.

He then started yelling at me that I should have called him the day prior (which btw was a holiday) to let him know I wasn't extending my rental. I had to pay upfront for the weeks rental plus 1 ton of garbage. I told him that if he wanted to me to call the day before he should have stated so and I would have. My expectation was that he would show up in 7 days to collect the bin. He continue to yell at me and threatened to charge an extra day rental. he hung up on me and called back a couple of times..I had to eventually block his number. He had his money, his bin...business was over but he was mad I didn't give him advance notice I wasn't taking the bin longer than the advance agreed upon week that I rented it for. Beyond that...I have rented and contracted waste disposal before...This one was either lieing about the amount of trash weight I put in or is way more expensive than many others...DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY..my advice!

They did a great job, were fast and responsive even though I never met them. I send them pictures and they send me pictures of the work once finished. I then hired them again in September to cleanup everything off the property I was selling. There was furniture, garbage and a lot of old rusted paint cans. Again they did a fabulous job and I would hire them again. They ended up spending almost 10 hours cleaning up the property and did not leave anything behind. I was a little bit wary about hiring someone off the internet and never meeting them but there are still people you can trust and do a great job. I definitely recommend them.

I drove it up to the shop (an hour drive) and Llyod (the head technician and store owner) sat with me for 2hrs, walking me through the issues and fixing them as we went. I finally got ahold of the head tech and was told how there is a shortage of techs and they are training some, but should get to it soon. I understand staff shortages, but this is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. I was finally promised it would be ready for yesterday. When they called (at least they called) I was told there's a new issue, sorry, not ready, needs an adjustment. I was promised it would be ready for today. Sorry, the tech who can fix it is not in. This is just frustrating. I really hope I get it back next week.

I've had at least 5 moves in the past 12 years due to my line of work, zippy pickup did our last…read moremove about a month ago. I can remember every move and every company that moved us and I can honestly say without a doubt that Zippy was by far the best moving service I've ever experienced.
