I would suggest that someone connected with this store, update your office hours online! I drove 45 minutes only to discover that they close at 6pm...NOT at 630pm. Chuck Alley is very professional and will go above and beyond to help his customers. After all, this is his livelihood and source of income. When I Worked for the local post office in the same city Chuck would come In and purchase a variety of postage stamps for his customers to have a choice. The employees here are extremely rude. I've been here twice. Both times to simply return items back to Amazon. The first experience I thought was bad enough to where I didn't want to come back, unfortunately this is the only location within a 30 mile radius. The second visit, the young girl re-taped my box, using 3 pieces of tape. The tape didn't hold, so I suggested using a piece of tape to go across the box to ensure it would stick. She told me she'd have to charge me for another piece of tape. What, lol?!? No one told her to use 3 pieces of tape over one another in the first place. Common sense should tell you to run the tape across if the first two don't work, correct? The elderly woman with the burgundy hair that was argumentative during my first visit, walked over by us and said, "now do you see what I deal with all day?" The young girl replied, "I had to bite my tongue." --- if you are miserable making your minimum wages job, go find elsewhere to work! But something tells me that NONE of you COULD find elsewhere to work, because of the poor attitudes you have! This place is the pits - and Chuck is no better. I was having my laptop delivered to my work as I work remote and it needed to be fixed. I was told late on Friday that to ship it by Monday morning, it would cost an incredible 160 dollars. I paid it as I had no other choice, but the laptop didn't arrive until Tuedsay afternoon. When I went in, and despite what is said below, I was laughed at by a female employee when I asked for a refund. I was then told that how it is now with Covid, despite being assured it would arrive Monday when I paid. I was given no warning the package might be delayed when I paid on Friday. Do not use this store. FedEx is much more reliable. read more

I ordered a bound portfolio for an interview that said it was going to be done at 10 the following day. I called to see if it was done that night and was told their website was down. Okay, fine. Then they called the next day and said it's still down and told me to send my documents in an email, and I said I was doing it right away. I did. 4 hours later, I called to make sure they got it and they said they never got it. After I sent multiple different emails with the attachments, that were to be printed front to back, I was told it would be extra since it wasn't one cohesive PDF, when online I was able to attach each separate document and it would have been. He wasn't willing to work with me on it even though the website was down and that was what was causing all the confusion. So I said I want to cancel my order, I was told by him to do that online. I couldn't find it anywhere online and after being transferred 5 times on the customer service line, it took my husband calling a different store to be told we can't do that, the specific store must cancel the order. On top of being stressed for an interview and wanting everything to look great, the Amsterdam store was of zero help especially for something, had their website been working, would have fulfilled my order.
