AND I needed it within a week, back in British Columbia, in time for our course on beekeeping. Yes, I paid for a 1-3 day printing service, and a phone call to their office indicated it would be tight getting the job done. But I am happy to say that the books arrived a full two days before I needed them, printed and bound perfectly. Not only that, but the price quoted was less than HALF what I would have had to pay for color photocopying, not includng binding. I'm not given to putting up reviews, although if I get horrible service I'll post that. But in this case, the folks at CanadaCopy met and exceeded every expectation I had. So, great job!

They promised me a refund on shipping after a nearly $700 contract order arrived over a week late (one that had an almost $200 expedited shipping payment.) The order, which was made virtually useless since I had to make alternate arrangements locally for the print job- was never actually refunded. Instead, they ducked me over the course of two months and five different contact attempts. Eventually I got so bothered by the lack of customer service I simply decided to write this email, report them for fraud and warn you folks about them.
