So long story short we took a chance with this local barbershop, I'm not going to lie I was uncertain but from the moment my husband and the boys walked in they were instantly welcomed and had great customer service with a strong will to please but not in an overwhelming way more like a family member seeing each other. Our son who is 11 is sometimes hard to please when it comes to his haircut "he knows what he wants but doesn't know how to verbally express it" lol but ray was very attentive to detail making sure our son left with a great experience and a great haircut! They have recently started to remodel since under new management can't wait to see the finished product, but I would definitely "Ray" recommend to anyone!

A no frills haircut. Short on the side and a finger cut on the top. And I usually do not have to wait long. As I arrived yesterday, Terri had a gentleman getting a haircut while his wife waited. After they left and Terri did some clean up and sanitizing, I was able to get a haircut within five minutes of arriving. Unlike some other barber shops, in which the wait time is long. And like I said, a haircut I always like. At some other barber shops, it seems the barber wants to give you a hair cut that he/she likes. A trim along the sides and no cut on the top. And I have this mound of hair sticking up, looking like a French poodle. And I can also have a conversation with Terri and other barbers that have worked here. At one barbershop I visited some time ago, I was telling the barber about a local brewery opening up in the neighborhood, only for him to to make a comment about minorities. Excuse me, but what does brewing beer have to do with minorities? No thanks. I will go elsewhere. I have not had any experience like that here at Conway Barber Shop. And I can get Terri to laugh at a joke too. And nowadays, we need all of the laughs we can get. An old school barbershop that looks like something from an old television show. I come in, and I expect to see Andy and Barnie. I don't think that will happen. But a haircut just the way I like it will. Open Tuesday thru Saturday.
