The restroom situation is slim also. Definitely use the restroom near Columbia as the Vanity Fair one is a simply gross.

It was a nice day so if it was raining, I don't think I would have walked quite as much. I would have went to one or two stores and left. Each store was well stocked and I like the variety of the stores represented. Each also seemed to have great deals in addition to the normally lower outlet prices. One thing I did find nice was that the stores were also overall neat and organized. Several outlet malls we have went to before have stores that look like windstorms went through them! The staff in these stores kept things pretty picked up. Personally, I found the layout nice. We did walk around the circle and ended up back at our car which is where we wanted to be! The savings on the clothing I bought was well worth the drive.

When we walked in at approximately 7:30 there were no other customers in the store and the 6 employees were all chatting at the cash registers, none of them greeted us or offered to help when we walked in. My son was looking for a specific pair of sweat pants but couldn't find a medium in that style so I walked to the cash registers and asked if there was a medium hiding somewhere else in the store. Josh politely chimed right up and said he would go look in the back. One of the other two guys rudely said that there are none in the back. Josh said he wanted to look anyway and the other guy mumbled something inaudible but clearly rude. The three ladies didn't say anything, in fact they didn't say or do much of anything the entire time. My son and I followed Josh towards the back of the store and while he was looking in the back I looked and saw that the mannequin was wearing a medium. Josh emerged from the back and said he couldn't find a medium, then I told him the mannequin had a medium. He happily took the medium off the mannequin. As I went towards the cash registers, he stayed behind to dress the mannequin again. But the 5 other employees were goofing off, the two guys were actually chest bumping in the northeast corner of the store. Josh had to stop what he was doing and come to the cash registers to complete the purchase. I thanked Josh for being a great employee and walked out. It should be noted that Josh never talked down about his coworkers and maintained a positive attitude throughout. The three ladies didn't do anything, literally nothing. The two other two guys are lazy, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. I can buy sweatpants anywhere, if I'm gonna keep buying $45 sweatpants from Under Armour, I'd like to at least do it without the disrespect and attitude.

Now granted they have several markdown racks of gear where the price is a good buy, but these racks are no more widespread than can be found at retail establishments like Dick's Sporting Goods who also carries the UA brand. The one bright spot would be if you are looking for footwear. Here you really can save some bucks. I got a nice pair of trainers for 40 bucks, and they do have a very good selection of shoes. Don't get me wrong, I love the UA brand, it is well made and is able to endure the abuse dished out during exercising and training, but if you are looking to save significant amounts of money on your purchases, this outlet store is a big disappointment.

But like many in other senses, there will always be a few over-priced items etc. Corningware is well known for the Corelle dinnerware. I have 2 sets myself and have purchased other things here. Plastic and glass snapware storage containers are my favorite and this is my go to place for that, I don't care about the price as they have the quality and selection. Like the fact they also carry a healthy selection and stock of replacement lids to Pyrex and many other things. They have plenty of sales that go on, Corelle dishes are sometimes buy 3 get 1 free or so on. Service is always on top of things here, but like my company the corporate expects a bit too much at times and service can and does sometimes borderline pushy or excessive. I'm usually a self-sufficient shopper and if I need help I ask. Even after explaining this to an employee once or twice on visits they still I guess had to do their job and explain all the different sales, check up on me every 2 minutes. It can be frustrating but has only occurred on a couple of previous visits. Never has occurred with the Store Manager though but we have talked and shared info, conversations about our stores and companies. Other than that minor service annoyance I don't mind coming in here. The store is always full, but very open at the same time, easy to navigate and a decent selection. They don't carry electric items last I saw and a small to medium selection of kitchen gadgets.
