After a long shift at work I visited this pup for a quick pint but was escorted out for being wierd…read morelooking and for using the lavatory without the owners permission when I asked if I had offended him he said yes I had beacuse I had just walked in even though I saw nothing indercating that I Couldn't walk into the establishment the front door was wide open and customers where being served which led me to beleive I was being disgriminated against for whatever reasen. While I was in the toilet putting on a jumber I had brought with me the owner forced the door open demanding me to explain myself as if I had done somthiing wrong. I said "im just changing my shirt" to Which he replied "well this Isn't the change your shirt kind of place get your coat and get out" he then placed his hand on me and pushed me in the direction of the front door I asked him what I had done he and literally said "you look wierd" this place is a complete disgrace the owner is judgemental rude and needs a reality check dont go there.

I am sure the rest of the food is lovely, it looks good from what i see as they serve people near me, the chips just werent for me, also no skimmed milk on my last visit, just whole milk so had to have a cup of tea rather than a latte. being picky really.. it really is a nice place :-)

Really quaint and some lovely features and touches (real fire, piano,seperate bar and lounge) Think the staff said they do 25 draught beers and real ale and cider, one was erdinger a german wheat beer..unusual. Amazing prices too on beer and food cheaper than weatherspoons. A place for couples or friends but they dont allow children (which is fine with me as its a cozy small place) If you havent tried it do give it a go, I will be back for sure in fact going tomorrow
