The salon has great products including KMS, Aveda & Goldwell as well as Goldwell Elumen Color. When I was at the salon Connor Lange colored my hair and it was the most vibrant and amazing violet I have ever had. The way that Connor executed my highlights was fast and the best placement I have had. (No roots in a week) The results are the best I have ever had for a hair salon color! The Elumen color line is magic. I highly recommend Connor, he is talented, skilled and imaginative! He really understands my odd color requests and always delivers! Connor is also really great to talk to. I made an appointment on Wednesday to get a haircut on Friday morning at 10am. I also said I wanted one for my daughter. The person took both our names and phone numbers asked me the standard covid questions and gave the usual warnings then said see you at 10. I let my daughter out to let them know we were there while I found a parking spot. She texted and said hurry. I got there as quick as I could and found they had given my spot to someone else and my daughters appt wasn't till 1pm. Then when the person bringing you in came out, I told her my name and she barely registered me and called someone else in. When she came out again I told her I'd been waiting since 10 for my appointment and it was now 1030 and she said shed send out her manager and took someone else in. The manager finally came out at 1045 and said my name wasn't on the list but my daughter was for 1pm. But I had been on early and they whited it out and put the other peoples names on there. My daughter had seen my name on the list. They offered me an appointment at 1 pm and I took it. So we went back up at 1pm. In fact I was 5 minutes early to make sure I got in. Didn't matter, I wasn't taken in until 115 or 120. Didn't get haircut till 130. My daughter didn't get hers till nearly 2. We were badly treated by this place and I recommend never going there ever!!!!!
