I had 2 companies with them and they mixed up records continuously, filed one company's expenses on the other companies tax returns. The IRS now claims that they haven't even filed my tax returns for one company for the past 3 years. Yet, I have paperwork from them saying they filed the returns and charged me for it. I have outstanding issues with the IRS over improper filings and no one will return my calls about getting the information so I can get it taken care of. On my final bill, they charged one companies credit card for both companies work. I have called multiple times to get it straightened out. No one calls me back. I'm going to have to go through my bank to straighten out something that they should have fixed weeks ago. Beware and stay clear of this company.

But that day, something extraordinary happened, a lady ran through a red light, causing significant damage to my entire front end and to the car next to mine. Thankfully, no one was hurt. Immediately following the accident, I contacted my insurance agent, Michael Grant, with State Farm on Kings Drive, to inform him of the situation. Remarkably, Michael answered my call on the first ring. He walked me through what to do including taking pictures, jotting down details, getting names of any witnesses and calling the police. Always call the police- Always. He stayed on the phone with me until the tow truck came because i was still a little disoriented from the hit to my car. I just want to lift up of this brother and his business, he is also a Kappa, Michael's swift and caring response truly exemplifies what it means to provide outstanding customer service. My Taxes where done in a breeze! 2019- They helped me out with some complex issues I had that were from a few years back and that I didn't know until last year. Jesse was super helpful and made it very easy for me to understand. 2020- I moved once again and now to Texas. Randy Robbins appeared at my door on a Saturday. He couldn't have been more friendly and he was great at explaining the different options available to me. I do think that educating oneself about all things insurance is not exactly fun, but it's very necessary and totally worth doing. I enjoyed my time with Randy and I felt like I learned a lot. He did not pressure me, he came equipped with many variables and different options and I didn't feel like I had to agree to anything. If you're in the market for mortgage insurance, then give Randy Robbins a call :-)

Initially, an unexpected $7,000 in additional fees was added to my loan. While they removed the fees after I caught the discrepancy, the process only deteriorated from there. Days before my closing, they allowed my locked rate to expire and unapologetically offered a rate nearly a full percent higher, forcing a one-week delay to my closing as I had to change lenders last minute. I also to pay a higher rate. Whether this stems from dishonesty or gross incompetence, future borrowers should steer clear.
