I experienced problem after problem, spoke to three different people, and no one really listened to me at all. When I wrote to the Office Manager, a staff member called to ARGUE WITH ME. Their customer service isn't. She called to talk but didn't let me speak until I yelled to let me speak. And all she was doing was trying to give me the blame and disregard all that I had said multiple times. That's not customer service, that's CYA. And a bit of gaslighting. I was being told I didn't know what I knew, didn't experience what I experienced. At the end of the day, it's no skin off my nose. When I'm done with the unit, I'll leave.
