Would not recommend this store at all. The staff are rude and unprofessional. I purchased 23 trophies from them and 12 trophies had the wrong engraving. Instead of them putting under 9s they put under 6s. Called the owner the day we received trophies and he told us to bring in the next day to be fixed free of charge. Anyway, called the next day if I could bring trophies in and the receptionist said that the owner would like us to send through wording again so i did and the receptionist confirmed they received it and attached to our order. Days went by then I called to check progress And owner was not willing to talk to me, his receptionist kept saying he was busy I then emailed several times and no one replied till a week later. Owner emailed and said that they will not fix mistake until I pay $110 and sent me a quote. I emailed back and said that they have already confirmed things. That's when it got ugly. The owner and another female staff member yelled at me and told me they were a business not a charity accusing me of trying to get things for free. How can they accuse me of trying to get my trophies free when I paid over $200 and the mistake was made by them. They refuse to give me a refund and basically told me to get stuffed. They have not apologised once. They also hung up on me several times and kept their phone off the hook. They took turns at saying very hurtful and childish things. Because they were not wiling to refund my money I told them that I was going to put In a complaint and that's when they told me to stop wasting my time because it was a family owned business and no one cares then I said I will go to the office of fair trading they continued to say that I was wasting my time they will not listen to me. This was my first year managing a little league team and the trophies were a gift from myself and the coach now we are unable to hand it to them all because of the owner of The Trophy Superstore. He has no customer service skills, him and his staff need training on how to treat customers because they are just stealing from people. If you are look for a trophy store go to boomerang trophies in Camira they are lovely people, they are not rude and actually listen to you. read more

ZERO RATING. Don't bother!!! I don't know how they stay in business. On 9 August 2018 I approached them to have my two (2) dog tags engraved with an address on front and phone numbers on the rear of each tag. I was quoted a total of $30. I was advised they would be ready the following week and left the tags with them. Latter that day they emailed me with a confirmation of my order clearly stating two tags to be laser engraved front and rear at a cost of $30. On 16 August I received another email asking me to confirm what was to be engraved, front and back, for the two tags. Fast forward till today, 3 September 2018, when I rang them enquiring about my order as I'd heard nothing more from them. I was advised the work had not been done because an engraving, front and rear, actually constituted two engravings and not one. The work would only be done if I was prepared to pay $60 and they had been waiting on me to see what I wanted to do about it (even though they hadn't contact me!!!). I advised them I wasn't prepared to pay that amount of money and got no apology when I picked up the blank tags. Next time I want something engraved I'll ask for it to be done on one side only and it certainly wont be this mob. read more
