No human ever replied. By the time I opened a PayPal dispute, I was told it was too late to appeal due to the delays they caused. This feels deliberately obstructive and designed to make customers give up. I won't shop here again

In other shops I would walk out if they don't have my size, but here there was enough knowledgeable staff on the floor to attend to all the customers. I was helped by a lady recommending which cut would work well for me and another bringing more to try on, but only one pair didn't fit well. This turned out to be the shortest shopping expedition in history and in a few minutes, I got what I was hoping for: very comfy jeans that fits well too! On top of this, they had a special and I bought 4 pairs at an absolute steal! When making payment, a friendly lad told me about their guarantee, which is superb. I walked out of there and felt absolutely delighted! Yeah! Nobody will be able to keep me away from this shop now!

There are plenty of different styles of shoes to suit difficult terrain and they've got the good insulation socks to prevent you from frostbite. Mountain Design also stock some seriously insulated snow jackets, which can only be found at reputable stores like this in the Valley. Also, if you regularly buy clothing here, it is worth signing up to their Alliance Club so you can take advantage of some good discounts.

Chances are you've probably experienced the retail experience local lass Jessy Cameron has created through the online portal of Molten Store. And until last week, with the exception of a few pop-up troves (as the Molten Store physical retail spaces are graciously named), that was the only way to introduce yourself to the collection of jewellery, fragrances and stationery that Jessy sells, or as she describes them; "Otherworldly jewellery and curious gifts." But now comes the biggest trove of them all. Molten Store's very first permanent retail space on James Street. The space itself was once upon a time the Domino's Pizza take-away store but walking into the serene, sophisticated and ethereal space that Jessy and her team have created it would seem a crime that the space was ever used for slinging pizzas. The range is ever changing with Jessy taking buying trips to source pieces from the furtherest corners of the globe. Her intrepid adventures no doubt set to influence the look and feel of the store as it settles into it's new home. I'd often walked past the previous Molten Store troves and found myself thinking, "Oh that is stunning but a) It'll be too expensive and b) that's way to cool for a Liz Lemon like me." And yet walking into the new store I realised both a and b were entirely incorrect assumptions. The prices are incredibly reasonable in my opinion with earrings, for example, ranging from $29-$39 and as for feeling like it was too cool for a Liz Lemon like me. I've discovered that's perhaps the most endearing thing about Molten Store. It's for everyone. On the contrary they're probably more expensive than your average shoe store but then again, you're looking at Birkenstocks, Hush puppies, Scholls and other manufacturers who have a reputation for producing comfort shoes. As a person cursed with hallux valgus whose feet are spreading wider by the year, Gilmour's Comfort Shoes is an indispensible health solution. This store sells sports bras, tanks, tops, shorts, jackets, hoodies and various athletic paraphernalia. (Essentially every thing you might need for yoga and exercisings.) But despite the range on hand, the clothes here are pretty plain for the price tags I saw. While the location and sales staff are lovely, I'd go elsewhere for my jogging garments.
