I stumbled upon Silva's Bakery, and I am so thankful I did. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, charming, and invitingly cute. The food is absolutely incredible. The mini lunch is one of my top favorites, especially paired with their passion juice -- so good! For our meeting, they prepared a beautiful breakfast spread, and the entire team truly enjoyed it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Silva's Bakery helped make our presentation feel special, and we'll absolutely be back. Highly recommend for both business meetings and everyday treats! - Aubrie State Insurance USA

The barista had a face that he was ready to go home and did not enjoy his job. It was 8:30 AM. Then my wife's Americano tasted pretty bad and they didn't even give her the courtesy of exchanging it and they made her pay for a second coffee. This for me destroyed any good feelings about this place. Customer service and experience definitely needs improvement. Please do better! I want any and every business to succeed but only the ones that treat customers do.

Upon entering, I was greeted with a friendly face and a man asking if I'd been there before, when I…read moretold him I had not, he gave me a high level overview of the menu and said if I had any questions to ask. Since I was purchasing for someone else, I asked what the most popular flavors of empanadas were. He said it was the chicken, ham and cheese, and the ground beef. So, I went with one of the chicken empanadas and a breakfast empanada (with eggs and cheese and bacon in it). They were filled to the brim and the flavors from the fillings balance nicely with the shell. When I ask my friend they input on the empanadas, they said the breakfast one had a nice balance of flavor, and the chicken, why not the best for a morning meal, would be ideal for any other time of day - rich and flavor and incredibly savory! I got a Café con Leche, and asked them to make it a little less sweet than normal. The man once again was so accommodating, and it turned out to be SUCH a delicious cup of coffee. The interior of the shop is small with tables to eat a quick breakfast, but not a relaxed hangout. There were so many other delicious looking menu offerings: I simply cannot wait to return!

From the moment the food hit the table, you could tell it was made with care, pride, and tradition. Every bite had purpose. I started with the yuca rellena, and it set the tone right away. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it was packed with flavor. The filling was rich and well-seasoned, creating the perfect balance of texture and taste. It was not just good, it was memorable. The pork sandwich was outstanding. The pork was tender, juicy, and cooked just right. Each bite had a deep, savory flavor that felt authentic and satisfying. Nothing was rushed or thrown together. You could taste the time and attention behind it. The yellow rice and beans were exactly what they should be. Simple, flavorful, and comforting. This is the kind of side dish that does not try to steal the show, but still stands strong on its own. The fried yuca brought everything together. Golden, crisp, and cooked perfectly, it added that extra layer of texture that made the entire meal complete. What stood out most was the consistency. Every item on the plate was done right. No shortcuts. No weak spots. Just solid, high-quality food across the board. If you are looking for real flavor, real portions, and food made with pride, this is a place you need to visit. I will absolutely be back.

We ordered the meat lovers patellar, and although they said it feeds 4, we knew we would have left overs to share the next night. There was plenty more for tomorrow. Blended seasons for the varied meats were impressive. Can't wait to go back to try their other dishes. Too many choices to go only once. As I watched other dishes come out from the kitchen, presentation was impeccable and looked top notch. Look at that dessert Run don't walk.

They seated me at a table next to the fireplace/wine wall/by the restrooms. I thought it was a cool spot to be until one of the waitresses stepped over my purse to half climb the wall looking for something specific that she couldn't locate. Not exactly the most comfortable experience. The food was great though. Ordered the lomo saltado and they let me swap one of the starchy sides for a salad. The beef was tender, flavor was on point, and the portion was fair for the price. By the time I left there were two birthday parties and someone coming to celebrate graduation. It was definitely close to a full house once I was walking out the door!
