Then I needed someone for the cocktail hour appetizers. Ismael took the initiative to extend/offer his services to provide the appetizers for my cocktail hour. I showed him photos and described what I wanted and he did not disappoint, it was exactly what I wanted. I also want to mention the day of my wedding it POURED, POURED RAIN. My entire venue was outside but luckily he was able to accommodate and work under a tent, his staff are attentive and they were able to work under the rain in a professional and calm manner.
