Great owner, great dispatching by one of the best customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with! The drivers were all very safe, clean, well spoken, I have been transported before this company and also afterward and not any of them could compare to this company! If there was anything I could have done for this company, a great review is not even close to what I wish I could do for them. My medical transportation was a very long trip for the team! Just reaching my door was a long ride. 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday) for several months. Auto Pro Taxi dedicated over 425 miles to maintain my medical needs and without their perseverance and dependability, I seriously would not be alive today. Thank you to the great people working in Jacksonville, IL!!!! You all are in my thoughts! It was very hard trip with long hours for my medical needs and Auto Pro Taxi was there with me every step of the way! From the phone calls, management of scheduling and payments; to my insurance company! Auto Pro Taxi made great strides to provide me life changing medical care that has definitely saved my life! If you need any kind of transportation, Auto Pro Taxi, is the 1st choice for anyone that wants to ensure they have transportation without worrying if they will show up or not come back to get you. APT stays with you, to ensure your safety! This was very important, considering I'm a 36 yr old woman weighing 110 lbs! Unsafe situations waiting on a driver to come back while I stand outside, in very cold weather, during that time of year!! If I lived closer to Jacksonville I would still be using Auto Pro Taxi to this day! Unfortunately, they are 2+ hrs away from me so my insurance shopped around for bargain resources in my area! Inevitably, leaving me standing outside a closed facility, 3 degrees, for 30 minutes while I waited for the driver to come back from a gas station that was not even a mile away. He was informed that he could just drive through this very large parking lot and find the station behind a large building and would not even need to drive into the roadway!! He did not respond to my calls to ensure he could and would be returning or was capable of finding his way back! Those are the moments that would NEVER occur while using Auto Pro Taxi!!!! Every single day, every single trip, every single time! Safe, fun, appropriate conversation, genuine hard-working people that make this company the number ONE medical transportation company in the Jacksonville area!!!!! I miss you all and hope you have wonderful reviews to come!!!! My best wishes to all of your team! Stacy of Effingham

We could not recommend Chauffeur Next Level enough! Everything about their services was perfect…read more They arrived on time and were patient and helpful as the wedding party loaded the limo. They waited until we were 100% comfortable before beginning our ride. There was a bit of a mix up with ordering drinks (completely on us) and they were very accommodating with stopping to pick up some of our own. They took the time to escort us on and off of the limo at each stop, and were willing to wait while the wedding party took pictures and celebrated. Given the chance I would love to book Chauffeur Next Level again!

This was exciting as many many years ago the only options were connections in Chicago and that can always be hit or miss because of weather. There are two terminals and you can tell they've added new chairs that were super comfy. As another reviewer said, the security check made me laugh as I agree they must be so bored all day. I have the new "real ID" and the ladies working the check in spot got some leaflet out to verify my states drivers license and then were discussing it while shining some weird light on it. This airport still offers free parking which is unheard of these days. No need for the cell phone waiting area, you can actually park and walk inside to greet your loved ones as they arrive to SPI. :-)

In October 2020, Jenni and I visited the small town of Jacksonville, IL. We stayed at Blessings on…read moreState Bed & Breakfast, which is your favorite Hallmark Movie home come to life. Gwenn (the elegant and charming innkeeper) has created the most perfect haven for any kind of visit you are looking for. Upon arrival, the grand wrap around porch was the first thing to welcome us to a visit that changed my life. Gwenn greeted us at the front door. Her kind smile and welcoming words made me feel right at home. The grand foyer is perfectly decorated to welcome you into the home and to flow into the front parlor and the dining room. The front parlor is elegant, but comfortable. There is a baby grand piano perfectly placed in front of the bay window. I could just picture friends and family gathered around the piano singing songs and having a great time. The furniture is placed where conversation can easily flow. Jenni was so comfortable that she just curled up as we enjoyed conversation with Gwenn on our first evening. I felt so comfortable sitting and talking with Gwenn, however my mind did wonder while I imagined how this amazing room possibly was going to look like at Christmas (my favorite holiday). The grand staircase leads up to the two suites- Serenity on State and the royal Tranquility. Between the two suites there is a beverage and snack station. I loved being able to come out of my room at night to get a cold drink. On the first evening of our stay there was fresh cookies and milk waiting there for us to enjoy before we went to sleep. I thought that was so fun. Jenni and I stayed in the Tranquility Suite. It was a grand suite that had the bedroom, gorgeous bathroom, and a cute sitting/sleeping room attached. The extra room was the perfect place to put our luggage and equipment. It is also a great place to get dressed, so if someone else is still sleeping in the main bedroom. This room would be perfect for families traveling together. The bathroom in the Tranquility Suite is WOW!! It was like you had your own private spa- with the claw-foot soaking tub and the large shower. I enjoyed the large vanity with the two sinks. Jenni and I each could have our space. Breakfast is not just a meal at Blessings on State, but an experience. The dining room is elegantly decorated. When breakfast is served, it is done with elegance and grace. I felt like royalty has I was served the delicious breakfast. Everything we ate was wonderful, but I really loved Gwenn's special breakfast casserole. It is so good!! My words and my pictures that I am sharing here can not express or really show how perfect every thing is. Everything really is perfect. We have already scheduled our next trip to visit so we can experience it at Christmas. Blessings on State needs to be place that you visit. Gwenn and her staff can create your perfect visit/experience. If you are a Hallmark fan like me, then just go ahead and book your room right now. Gwenn not only makes everything at the B&B perfect, but she can help plan your entire visit in Jacksonville, IL. I can guarantee that your visit will be one you will never forget and one that you will want to repeat many more times.

We had a beautiful night for a tour, which helped, but we just had about as much fun as you can have on one of these things. He leaves the haunted stuff for the end of the tour, which was nice because you got a good amount of history up front, and then when you're sitting in a dark street in an 1800's reproduction neighborhood you get all the haunted/spooky stuff. It was a good way to go. Shout out to our tour guide who'd had heart surgery 3 weeks before, and yet came out and walked around with us anyway. In fact, he was walking at a good clip and didn't have any issues with breathing, etc. Good on you, man. That's impressive! My only complaint, which I'm not sure if this company can help, is that restrooms should be available somewhere along the way. Maybe he could work out with one of the restaurants nearby, or get the owner of the souvenir shop where you meet up to open up (I'm sure most of us would have bought a chocbhtke as well).
