Be careful if you are a resident not to leave your car parked in your apartment parking space, your car will be towed. there is a parking policy, If anyone is parked after 10:00 pm and you do not have a (permanent parking pass) your car will be towed! The towing service drives through every night towing cars.they towed my car and I lived there. the towing service charged me $160.00 to get my car back ridiculous! So beware. Updating my review because I want to clarify some things from the first review that was left on…read morehere. This is NOT university housing, this is a private company. It is important to realize that when you sign a lease you should read it, regardless of "pressures" from people which for the record I don't buy. Everyone who works there has been incredibly nice and helpful and never put pressure on us. My partner and I toured the place 6-7 months before we moved in and the guy who gave us the tour still remembered us and said he was glad we decided to move in. In fact, many of the workers here are college students themselves so I have found them to be extremely understanding of the issues college students face. Just because you're being held to a lease you signed doesn't make this a 1-star business and I hate when people use Yelp in that way. This is a great place with rent commensurate to the quality of the apartments they have. The gym is nice, the pool is nice, and the staff is nice. Don't sign a lease then rate a place bad because you don't know how to read it.

We did not even get to see the apartment we were moving into till we signed the lease. The address on our lease is wrong. They gave us a different apartment. We had 3 pages of things that were not done or needed to be fixed. The apartment was not clean. We drove 900 miles. I had to clean before we could even move our stuff in. There is garbage constantly everywhere outside. Inappropriate graffiti on the CHILDRENS playground. I can not post those picture. So I am sure you guess what it is. Drugs being sold and consumed right in the parking lot. Families moving out left and right. We can not wait to be out of here ourselves.

this place is HORRIBLE for this to be my very first apartment they treated me like some low life…read moreI'm not fortunate as others when it comes to being on housing so i pay out of pocket plus bills and i have children they are nothing but money hungry people that suck you dry the maintenance sucks all they do is walk around stuck in each others butts all day and smoke cigs they owe me money for something that wasn't my fault which they even saw with their own eyes but they didn't care so i had to pay out of pocket for it but when you owe them they are quick to give you a phone call or even try to get you evicted the only reason why i moved here was BC i was living close to my brother seeing as though it was my first place its ghetto as idk what during the summer all the kids come out everybody is fighting and using weapons little kids are all in the road and parents look at you funny when its their child's fault i have had my car hit on BC people were fighting i was trying to stick it out but I'm breaking my lease BC this isn't worth the fight there are more things but I'm not going to go into detail you will find out yourself if you love drama and other nonsense.
