The hygienist reassured us by answering all our questions prior to the procedure. My son would have a gag reflex every time our family dentist would try to take x-rays so they were never able to take them. Since Woodbridge Kids Dentistry specializes in pediatric dentistry, the x-rays were taken without any trouble. While they worked on my son, he was relaxed and didn't even move while watching his favorite movie. Dr. Gep is very experienced and knowledgeable. She noticed a tongue tie which might explain why my son has a minor speech problem. I wish someone had pointed this out before. She notified my son's speech pathologist the same day and Dr. Gep will be correcting his tongue tie at our next visit. Thank you Dr. Gep and your wonderful team!

I still think that way, however dealing with both Mike and Sandra is gradually changing my mind. Both of them are amongst the best dentists that I've ever encountered. They are professional, courteous and I find it amazing that they can remain so calm when dealing with screaming kids, parents, patients in pain, etc, etc, etc. Everyone that works at this centre are fantastic: from the reception staff to the dental assistants/hygenists...all have personality plus. They make visiting this office a pleasure. The exam rooms are spotless, as is the waiting room and reception area. A small playroom is available to keep the small ones entertained so they're not focused on where they're at. A TV and magazine rack are used to entertain those of us too big for the play room....it is a welcome distraction when you're waiting for someone to stick some sort of pain inducing instrument in your mouth! Kudos to both of them for creating such a welcoming environment and for being the epitome of what a dentist should be.

I've never felt so discriminated against, hurt and embarrassed in my life. I demand an apology and if he does not want to do I will understand that he meant what he said and how he said it. A video I asked the female dentist who was doing the cleaning, permission to document my daughter's first dentist cleaning which she was so excited about. Over time we realized they are not very original and hurt money hungry. I had a wisdom tooth removed here and I regret the entire experience. I was under the impression that dr Salvaggio was going to do the procedure but a different dentist did it instead. I was not impressed with him. He was not patient nor was he nice. He made it seem like I was eating his time. The procedure itself was painful. I don't think they numbed me enough as I could feel most of what they were doing. When I tried communicating that with them they mostly ignored me. When it was time to leave that was the worst part. I was clearly in so much pain and drugged so I was not fully aware of everything going on. My mom was there to drive me home and as we were about to go through the door the Secretary at the front desk was asking me for payment!! I couldn't believe it. You think they would have the common decency and respect to ask for payment prior to the procedure or on my next visit or even send me the bill in the mail. I didn't even bring my wallet in from the car because I knew I would be out of it and didn't want to leave it mistakenly behind. When I asked them to fax my prescription to the pharmacy for the medicatio they were completely hesitant. I have never been back to this dentist after this experience and I never will. I don't recommend them at all. If I could give zero stars I would.

On the day of the procedure, I find out that he is performing some other procedure which costs 5 times more. I had specifically told him my reservations with that specific procedure on my very first visit. I feel like my time was wasted and that sort of attitude doesn't go very well with the clients/patients. I am disappointed in him because my initial impression was very positive.
