Not recommended at all. Based on my, already finished,…read moreexperience with them: General attitude, management driven, seems to be "profit over patient care". So: - you may be convinced to get a non-necessary, but often costly treatment (paid by you or your dental plan), - at the same time your real complaints and concerns will be ignored or belittled, - you may be X-rayed an excessive number of times, for no good reason and often not very professionally, - you may be even a subject to a faked procedure (which I'm almost sure I recently got) Then my advice is: stay away from this business.

I was looking to switch my dentist because I felt like my family's dentist was always trying to get…read moremoney out of us or more focused on my Invisalign instead of my oral health. So I jumped on the Opencare offer and decided to try out a different dentist that was closer to home and I'm so glad I did. I saw Dr. Linda Chau and she was amazing. In the past couple of visits I've had with her (including an initial check-up, a cleaning, a root canal, and a root canal check up), I've never had to wait for her. She's always professional, punctual, and extremely thorough in my visits. She is always explaining what is happening and I never feel like I'm in the dark when it comes to my care. I remember on my initial visit, she went through every tooth and what I could do with it and gave me a list of things she'd eventually like to do. However, knowing that I didn't want to be pressured to do things, she then gave me timelines on when I would want to have certain things done by because it would affect my oral health, and which of the items were mainly cosmetic or touch-ups and could be put on hold for a long time. On top of all that, she's extremely good at what she does. When she did my root canal, she was so skilled, I actually fell asleep in the chair XD The rest of the staff is also amazing, friendly, and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.
