From what I know and seen The Rognas Team are a great group of people work with. Everyone I ever…read morehad to deal with that works there has Always been very respectful and answered any question's or concerns I might have had. And it breaks my heart. Some of these post people leave are ridiculous, Like how are you going to blame the management company for the tenant not paying on time?? Its not their fault. I'm 100% they screened these people before renting to them and they look great on paper but peoples circumstances change. And they don't have control over that. And you cant put blame on the company. And the post saying the apartment was dirty. I don't believe that ,Complaining about all the windows you needed to put curtains on No Central A\C. You knew all of this before renting it. So why would you rent there?? Just to put blame on someone else?? I just don't understand how people are always looking to put down and destroy hardworking folks cause they're mad at that moment. But YES great hard working company .

We moved out of State and rented our home for the last 2 years managed by Rognas. The first year…read morewas fine since the tenant was very punctual. She moved out after a year and left the house in good shape. The second year, a group of 3 friends college rented our home. They had issues being punctual with the rent, some months they were behind coming up with the rent. The accounting was off. I contacted Rognas property manager Susanne many times to deal with this and she said they would have Anna look at it. I tried emailing front office and even said I would terminate contract, no response. After a few emails, and time passing, saying she didn't know about the accounting and would let Ana know, I texted Ana. She said she would take a look at the books. She finally talked to the tenants and they started paying the rent on time. No late charges were ever assessed against the tenant though contract said it would be late after the 5th of the month. The tenants gave notice and the property was the vacant for almost 15 days and there was no movement. I decided to sell property after seeing a new contract from them charging a higher percentage + additional fee for renewal each year. . They notified me that they needed 30 days to finalize the books. Really? It was released a week before the 30 days but why hold up the property if it was empty? It would have been a good token to do that. The property was left dirty (see pictures) and I had to pay $450 to clean it. I have not heard if they reimbursed the tenants the deposit or keep it? I do not seek to reimbursed because it is a headache to me. I rather take it and just give a review. I am not a demanding person, I am flexible and patient but businesses need to take care of their clients well. I firmly believe this. I do have all emails and correspondence saved for reference but don't find necessary to list here. This review is similar to here and other reviews of Yelp which were more emotive but agree that communication is terrible, customer service terrible, book keeping is terrible. I would not recommend at all.

My best friend put her house on the market with FSBO.com (for sale by owner) and commenced with weekends of open house. This house was beyond fab...like 6 car garage fabulous! 2/14/24 UPDATE: They are now showing this home for rent again!!! I warn the potential tenants if i…read moresee them.... Heres the photos.... Lol leasing agent countered with "glad you got your life together". To that potential tenant that looked at home 8917... They wont fix this.... Cant fix it without major landscape work!! Watch for painted over mold laundry room and garage. I rented a home from this "business". Paid deposit and upon section 8 inspection the home failed. Sandra (leasing agent) said I could go ahead and move in, so I paid what would be my portion of the rent and moved in. Now that the house failed its second inspection. They're trying to charge me for the rest of the months rent which is $25 more than the $650 it was advertised which I have the ad saved on my phone. They've been out here multiple times and tried to figure out the ac system issue which is why it failed the 2nd inspection. I was just handed a 5 day notice for an outstanding balance. Christina says that Sandra wasn't supposed to let me move in. So this would be on Sandra who's no longer with the company. One leasing agent that works for them told me this was a nightmare of a management company as did their own ac people. Also was told that the leasing agents basically do whatever they want. Hints I guess how I was told I could move in with my portion of the rent AND they gave me the key. I can't help that they are unaware of their employees actions, which Christina was aware as she even asked me on one of my maintenance request calls if I was already in there and if the utilities were in my name and I said yes. That was the beginning of August. I haven't quite decided on what action I am going to take as I was just handed the notice. But I do know my legal rights. Worse thing they can do to me is say I'm trespassing as I have not signed a lease. I have the receipt for my deposit and rent, text messages that confirmed they knew I was moving in before inspection approval with just my portion of the rent paid.. As it's not my doing the home failed inspection. They finally left alone the difference in August's rent. Constantly sending out maintenance guys over and over to fix things that have already been addressed over a month ago. No one in the office knows what they're doing. Extremely chaotic. If you have felonies/evictions and are just plain trashy and no one else will rent you this is the company for you. Go into their office and see the quality of service you receive and you'll see for yourself. They will call and not leave messages but say they did. Then they say they call but they don't. But throw a fit if I don't call them? They don't answer nor return calls. So leave a message and if it's worth my time I'll contact them. Stop sending random maintenance people to my house! Like I told the OWNER this company is unprofessional, ghetto, has a serious lack in organization/communication skill, let alone the correct information on their own properties. Agents will call to ask what has been said about them and say they'll put an end to the leasing if it isn't corrected. RUN AWAY! As for all the 5 star reviewers. Look at the pic or profile and you'll see the type of people who you don't want to be your neighbor....However, i have had this problem for over 2 years NUMEROUS maintenance requests. They installed a 3 ft gutter and put the drain right in front of the garage door. Then they cleaned out the french drain. Obviously nothing changed. Then they poured concrete under the gutter drain. Now it floods the concrete slab which flooding the laundry room. They filled in a hole under the living windows so now that part is flooding and adding to the garage flooding. The flooding happens EVERY TIME it rains. They ignore these maintenance requests as well as the a/c unit, leaking kitchen sink shut off valves. About 3 months ago when i called for an update they said maintenance was running behind but the orders are in.... So flooding, leaking valves, a/c unit malfunctioning..... gonna have lots and lots of mold.
