Wonderful staff. Very funny and organizations was perfect. They had tons of places to choose from. I'm so happy I am renting from them.

Two Doors Realty

Two Doors Realty

My family and I have been tenants of Two Doors Realty since the spring/summer of 2020 in an older…read more4-bedroom house in the Capitol View area of 73105. In all our years of renting both in Las Vegas and Oklahoma City, Two Doors is hands down our most positive and pleasant experience. The home we lease is an older home and as is to be expected with older homes, it came with some problems that needed repaired/replaced shortly after we signed our lease. Some were major and some minor, but all were handled SO quickly and efficiently and with the utmost respect to our family and belongings. When we first moved in, the AC unit was completely non-functional with the entire unit needing to be replaced. They were so easy to work with to get a large portion of our rent that month credited back to us for the few weeks where we were completely unable to live in our home and for the time we were in the home with no AC, they immediately came out and provided window units for us. We had a new baby in tow with us during the AC fiasco so the efficiency with which they handled that situation was so very appreciated. They could have done the bare minimum, but instead they went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of. This type of experience has been par for the course whenever we run into anything that needs fixed or worked on in the home. Two Doors has always responded to our requests on the same business day and if a weekend request is placed, we receive a response first thing Monday morning. I'm not sure if this is the case for all homes under Two Doors, but for us they send out a home repair company called 'Stallion Home Repair' owned by a gentleman named Don who I swear I could and would write an entirely separate 5-star review on if I could locate a business page for them. For plumbing they always send us Epic Plumbing who are equally as wonderful to work with. Both are trustworthy and reliable and the fact that they contract with local companies who are so caring and professional speaks volumes to us and is worth every penny we pay in rent (which has also remained fair and affordable throughout our tenancy). The Two Doors app is seamless and easy to navigate and allows us to pay rent using either a checking or savings account for no extra fee or a debit/credit card for a small fee. The app also allows us to create and edit maintenance and general requests and have all subsequent communication done with Two Doors right there on the app in dang near real time. Our family has been able to grow in a home we adore with a property management company we can trust. Until we walk through the season of life where we own a home and are no longer renters, we will be happy tenants with Two Doors!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! DIRTY BUSINESS!…read more If I could leave a zero rating, I would. I agree with the reviews because they lie and keep your deposit. I really wish there was something I could do to get it back. But of course, they don't answer, and they won't let you dispute it. They know most people aren't going to take the time to go to court over it. I lived there for almost four years. When I moved in, the place was not clean. The carpets were dirty, and there was pet hair everywhere. I had to send messages to the people to come and clean the house and clean out the garage because the garage was full of stuff, and I couldn't even move my stuff into it. I spent days cleaning to make sure it was spotless. I even asked for extra time to make sure everything was taken care of. I had people help me clean and took lots of photos of the place before and after. The property is in a neighborhood that is being gentrified. So there are a lot of homeless people around and people walking the street. When I left, I made sure any trash was put up neatly outside, like it's supposed to be when you move out of a place. Unfortunately, someone came by and rummaged through it all, looking to find anything they could. That left a mess before the rental agency came to look at the house. When you look at these photos, does it look like there needs to be professional cleaning? There is one thing I admit to being a little bit dirty, and that is the light above the kitchen sink; there just wasn't an easy way to clean it. And I was already too tired and stressed, so it's the one thing that didn't get a fancy cleaning. I cleaned walls, floors, cabinets, baseboards, ceilings, and everything you can think of to make sure my deposit was returned. The carpets were stained before I moved in, and so this is the cleanest they could get. One more thing is that after three years of never being late and always on time, I finally needed an extra week. I had spinal surgery, and it set me back a little bit. I asked for some leniency, and they refused. I tried to speak with someone, but they wouldn't get on the phone. I could only message them through the portal. When I kept asking to speak with someone, they kicked me off. The head guy sent me an eviction notice within five days and told me they are not a charity, and I should look elsewhere for that type of assistance. These are some pretty evil people. One positive thing I will say is that they were always on top of taking care of problems that arose within the home. I never had an issue there. They just aren't gracious and will screw you over in the end. I'm a disabled veteran, and I almost broke my back trying to clean this place just so I could get all of my deposit back. I was in so much pain afterward. These people do dirty business for sure. I paid $1200 for a deposit. They kept $50 of it for some kind of admin fee, they said. So they only returned $191 of my deposit. If I had known they were going to keep my deposit, I would've totally left the house dirty. Every landlord I've had gives me amazing reviews because of how great I kept up with their home and how amazing I left it after I moved out. These people are just shady.

Once we received the lease agreement I began to fill it out reading it thoroughly. I noticed that we were not allowed to hang anything on the walls. Weird, but not a deal breaker. Further in it read that the provided and overly promoted included appliances would not be repaired or replaced if they became inoperable. I called to verify and was told only the stove would be repaired or replaced if it became inoperable. All other appliances had no guarantee and were provided as a convenience. We decided to go a different route since the ad for the property made a big deal of the provided appliances. One of the reasons we rent is because we don't want to be saddled with repairing or replacing appliances or anything else that may go wrong with a property. I emailed the company and text the representative who showed us the property. I wanted to know how to go about getting our deposit back. I was told that the deposit was non-refundable. I asked where that was stated. She said it was in the application. This seems like a deceptive practice. I mean, we weren't given the lease agreement until after we paid the deposit. I was told the deposit was being kept because the owner had missed out on a week of advertising and possible renters. I thought it was a security deposit, not an advertising deposit. Anyway, lease at your own risk. I guess I should have looked up the reviews before assuming this was an upstanding business. I have requested a copy of the application I submitted. I will update next week whether I get a response or not.

Prepare yourself for this review. Back in the summer of 2021, my husband and I were moving from Tulsa back to OKC. We were relocating back for a job. We were happy to be approved for a home a month before our move date, especially in the middle of the crazy housing market. Little did we know that was just the beginning. We were weekly to daily calling and emailing when the house would be ready, but it was a ghost town. Which we found odd, but we finally got a move date and we informed the moving company. Literally did not receive the keys for it until less than 2 hours - THE DAY OF - before the moving company arrived with our things. Their excuse: the house wasn't move in ready. We decided to take the home "as is," which we were prepared for the typical dirt and grime, but it looked like the place wasn't touched at all- cleanliness wise. Definitely disgusted with the dead bugs, and it smelled like paint. They give you a form to send how the condition of the home is, so best advice take ALL THE PICTURES WITH THE DATE. Save a copy for yourself with the terms and original findings. Side note: don't be fooled with their "on time rent and we'll report to your credit," total scam. We also had our beloved pets emotionally certified, and by law, they were not supposed to charge us extra per month, but they tried even after we had presented the certified paperwork. Immediately, we noticed our water pressure was low. We sent a maintenance request in, and it took them weeks if not months to have someone come check it out. Whoever they contracted never came back, and they never sent anyone else to fix it. Then, when winter hits, our heater goes out. We sent an emergency maintenance request, and they didn't come out until 2-3 weeks. By this time, I was 2 months pregnant, and we had to buy a space heater to keep in our bedroom. They fire place they advertised didn't work either, which they told us when they repaired our heater. Oh, and if you're working, they'll definitely send someone out for any repairs while you're NOT there and will notify you extremely last minute. I don't know if it was the increase on our rent, the Terminex contract I had to invest for the bugs, the lack of communication or tacky, and terrible renovations, which really turned my stomach. Or maybe it's the lack of empathy or care that this place gives off. We definitely gave our best to make that place a home for the year we lived there. This company is receiving the 2 stars because we cleaned the place so well for the next ones that rent it. So good that we got most of our deposit back.

In my experience, their practices were misleading and one‑sided, and the contract language heavily favored the company while leaving landlords exposed. Issues that were not clearly explained upfront later became problems, and when concerns were raised, accountability was deflected rather than addressed. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this property management company, and I feel compelled to warn others. From the start, communication was poor and inconsistent. Important concerns were either dismissed outright or met with delayed, vague responses that offered no real resolution. I was repeatedly made to feel as though my concerns did not matter, even when they were legitimate and reasonable
