This company has been so prompt and kind with making sure my aunt's property repairs has been completed in a professional manner! Rochon was patient and understanding of her issues with the paint and carpet and made sure to have someone from their team to ensure the job was done! I would highly recommend using them for your rental properties! read more

We rented a house from this company for 3 years and they were really great throughout our stay. They were pretty responsive with maintenance request and really worked w us when we bought a house. They are really nice people and a good company. read more

If you are a renter I suggest you look elsewhere. Jackie is terribly unprofessional and unresponsive. It took 4 days to get any kind of contact from her only to have her never respond after I asked a question. She will not confirm a viewing with you and flat out ghost you. If this is the way she handles potential renters, I can only imagine how she conducts herself as a property manager. I will never contact any RE-MAX company again based on her work ethic. read more

I've owned rental properties for nearly 10 years and worked with several companies. This is by FAR the worst. They have way too many doors and not enough competent staff to care about your property, and it will show on your balance sheet if you pay attention. I was double charged, had missing receipts, incorrect receipts, you name it. Some receipts were hand written with no itemized expenses, at an astronomical price. Any questions you might have go unanswered. No one will call you back, and good luck getting an email response. I asked 6 times for a copy of a lease, never did get it. If you pay attention and go through their statements, you'll see what a huge financial drain hiring this company is for your real estate portfolio. Worst decision I've made - HIGHLY recommend ANYONE else!!! read more

I am so glad that I found this property management company. They are by far the best property manager I have worked with in Oklahoma City. Armand started managing one property for me and within a year I had transferred my entire portfolio in Oklahoma to his team. Armand is extremely pleasant and attentive to my properties. He also is quick at finding tenants for each unit! He communicates very well with me every step of the way and as a bonus, always make me laugh! His support staff are also very conscientious, professional and a pleasure to work with! Energy Property Management is an invaluable part of my OKC real estate investment team! read more
