I gave him a budget and while he told me that it was very strict, he asked me to check out a few places available. I was resigned to settle for a small 2BR; however, as I was checking out one of his recommended apts, he contacted me regarding a much larger 2BR which had just been placed on the market. I did the paper work the latter and received t the approval/keys in less than a business week. On the second occasion, after my roommate and I decided to part ways, I contacted Milton. To be honest, prior to doing this I had previously applied to another apt I had seen on Craigslist, but that deal went nowhere (Note to the reader: Stay away from Best Apartments Inc. They are very unprofessional and unethical). I informed Milton about my current budget, location, and moving date. He showed me around a few places and once I had settled on one, had me submit the application. I was approved the next day, and the lease was signed within the next 24Hrs.
