After being annoyed by a broker from Manhattan Rentals Louis was a breath of fresh air. He offered me cookies the first time I saw him in their 187th office. We were referred to Stein-Perry from many many friends/co-workers, and everyone told us to use Louis, because he was so friendly and great. And let me tell you - they weren't kidding. Louis is so kind and accommodating and really worked within all the ridiculous parameters we gave him. He was always willing to work around our schedules to meet, responded ASAP to our thousands of emails and questions, was available on his office phone or mobile any time of day, 7 days a week. He has a lot of contacts in the Washington Heights area - locksmiths, woodworkers, insurance agents, etc. My best friend and I seriously contacted him so many times for so many random little things here and there, and he always responded and helped us accordingly, willingly, and cheerfully.
