I drive 150 miles…read moreround trip to go to this business, the last time I was there I needed coils for my vape, they were out of what I use so the gal offered a similar coil and said it was just slightly different, I bought 10 of them . After driving home I used a new coil and it was definitely not similar so when I went back I asked them to exchange for the correct coil, which they then had in stock. Oh no he says, we can't do that! They are opened! But they are not opened I said. They are manufactured with a foil seal around each coil. I only used one and was not asking for a refund on that one.Still can't do it. I have spent a lot of money there and really thought they were great until now. Looked on google, found another vape shop went and got exactly what I needed. Yes I'm stuck with 9 coils I will never use but sometimes it's the principle of the thing. I will never go back. You guys need to work on customer service.

Some prices are high, but it obviously depends on the glass and the work. I had received a coupon to come in after the holidays and I thought I had come in time, but the salesperson wouldn't honor it cuz it had expired 2 days before. Bummer. Most places these days that generate their own rewards programs will honor coupons/ especially during covid- but not this visit. I then visited my favorite dispensary and they have coupons for Sky High for 20% off and no expiration. I will use this guy for sure on my next visit and maybe get the piece I couldnt get on this visit. Wish they would've just honored it to begin with though ‍
