Well well well this is what you get when you don't do your research i really thought this tint shop actually did good work I WAS WRONG!!! omg terrible poor work quality he up charged me from $300 quoted over the phone then when the poor job was done he ended up unchanging me $350. And the owner or manager Gabriel Lopez Fisher played me real good said I have to go get my son and keys were left at the next door neighbor when I got there the tint was all dirty grim with bubbles creases and the back film was peeling off the window here are some pictures and I was just standing there in shock after that I have not spoken to Gabriel at all he ghosted me and doesn't want to pick up my calls so I can ask for my refund and take this fked up tint off my car which I don't even think he used Ceramic tint straight scammer and he won't stop getting people scammed he has a current lawsuit against him and he don't care don't believe try it yourself I can't even leave a review on Google it won't let me. After reading other reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one who has had a poor experience with Gabriel, the owner of The Tint Vault. We had to bring our vehicle back twice for tint work, and it still wasn't done correctly. The first time, there were visible creases, bubbles, and poor installation throughout the rear window and other areas. The tint was also cut too short, and there were scratches left on the vehicle. To his credit, he agreed to redo the tint. However, when I picked up the vehicle the second time, I immediately noticed while still in the parking lot that the rear window still had creases and bubbles. One of the employees even reacted and said, "oh shit, that wasn't there earlier," while I had not even left the premises yet. Gabriel was called over, and instead of taking accountability, he tried to smooth it out and then said, "it is what it is" and that it was "minimal" and "not noticeable from the outside." On top of that, during the first visit blades were left inside the vehicle, which we had already addressed with him previously. This time, on my way home, I noticed my passenger seat was dirty. I took a photo immediately and informed my husband. When he sent it to Gabriel, he immediately denied it and claimed we dropped the car off that way ; which we did not. The vehicle is new, and we would have noticed that condition. The way Gabriel spoke to myself and my husband was aggressive, defensive, dismissive, and rude from the start. I went to The Tint Vault for tint on two of my cars, and both came back with a lot of bubbles on multiple windows. On top of that, while shaping the tint, they cut the exterior rubber trim on the passenger side window of my brand new car. The car has never had any previous owners or prior work done, so the damage was definitely caused during the install. I originally planned on giving them a chance to fix the bubbling, but after noticing the cut rubber trim, I no longer trust the quality of their work or the care they take with customers' vehicles. Really disappointing experience, especially on a brand new car. I wouldn't recommend this shop based on my experience. $800 down the drain. read more

first off, I paid a deposit which I shouldn't have. second, I drove all the way to lancaster from Canyon Country and 1 min away I get a text saying sorry bro I won't be able to do it today. can we reschedule. you got me **** up. so of course I said ok, we will reschedule the appointment. taking my kindness for weakness type sh***. Sorry to say but do not use this service. Gabriel made 3 appointments with me to come do a tint on my vehicle and didn't show up for any of them. I cannot review his work because he didn't have the decency to even tell m he wasn't showing up until I phoned his office and then he would cowardly send a text to reschedule. I was recommended to him by a previous customer and have notified them that he let us both down and disrespected them personally. Gabriel is correct I do only have two reviews. His service was so terrible I created a yelp, got it fixed at a reputable shop, and decided to write a review of my experiences. Maybe you didn't add me to your books but I have your number saved with the first appointment that I went to your house. The second appointment was at some mechanic shop you were working out of. This was when I was cussed out and told to get off some property that wasn't even yours. Maybe the better company isn't telling them to do this but other customers are spreading the word? Don't go to the tint vault, California Car Pros is a better and more professional business that cares for their customers and treats them with respect.
