My brother recommended this place. I called to see if they had the new Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch. I wanted to purchase this watch for my husband's 50th birthday in May. I spoke to David, he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. David followed up with me to let me know that the watch was still available. I scheduled an appointment with David to let him know I will be coming in the morning. Just note that this place is not open on the weekends and they are open late on Thursdays only. David was very helpful and patient with me, overall excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend The Timepiece Collection. My husband was so happy to own this iconic piece. read more

PROS: This is my go-to place for all my watches. They have all the top brands like Tag, Breitling, and Rolex and the staff is really nice. They also have tune up and battery replacement services. CONS: The parking is not the best here. With no lot you must pray that you can find street parking and also their selections are not that big. They only had a handful of models per brand. OVERALL: I will keep going back to this place because they're reliable and have been in the area for a while. If I were you I'd try them out before going to anyone else to address your watch desires read more

I purchased a watch from Jorge. Guy was awesome with responding to my email and went out of his way to help me get the watch that I wanted. I wasn't sure about ordering a watch that wasn't directly from the company but these guys are real. My watch came to me with all original packaging and original paperwork which was important to me. I worked with Jorge. Very polite, patient, and informative. I had a great experience and highly recommend him. For full disclosure, I had to pass on the watches I was looking at only because I found a model I was more interested in at a different place that wasn't available here, otherwise I would have proceeded with buying from him. I can't recommend him enough and would be glad to do business with him again in the future. read more

I walked into The Timepiece Collection for the first time on a whim several days ago. I wasn't expecting to see the watch I had been searching for: the Zenith Chronomaster Sport. Jorge was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He walked me through several other beautiful pieces before I finally decided on the Zenith as my purchase. The purchase process itself was easy and efficient. I will absolutely go back to The Timepiece Collection to work with Jorge on future purchases. read more

I have purchased three watches from Timepiece Collection, as recently as last month. Each time, the representatives of the company (on the latter two purchases, Jorge Davila) have been courteous, responsive to my questions and concerns and eager to see that I am fully satisfied with my purchase. And the company has a very intriguing collection of brands, such as Glashutte Original and Zenith. My most recent transaction included a trade, which Jorge handled with fairness and efficiency. I would highly recommend Timepiece Collection. Jon B. read more

Started out well. Ended terribly. Professional at first, don't pay their high prices? and you are talked down to. Was quoted more than $180 to fix my watch, $180+, I was told due to the current battery had leaked and destroyed the mechanism. I then took it elsewhere and THEY found NO SIGN of a leaky battery. My watch was fixed in front of me. $5. $200 vs $5 wow read more

My brother recommended this place and he was right! Jorge was the one who helps me to get the omega moon watch . It was surprise gift for my hubby's birthday . Honestly I have no idea about watch but Jorge gave me all the details and informations. I lived in Long island so couldn't see him in personally but via text message and phone calls he walks through with me. And like I said it was surprise gift so don't know exactly my husband wrist size but Jorge ask me about all the details like his height and weight so that he can assumed his sizes everything. Im so happy to meet this professional expert like him and definitely recommend to my friends!! Highly recommend it. Look for Jorge he is the one! read more

I was going to give this place a really good review until my recent experience with their customer service. Save yourself some pain and go elsewhere! A few weeks after I purchased my watch here, I ordered a shorter strap through the same sales guy over the phone. Unfortunately, the doorman in my building lost the package. In order to get compensated, I need the original receipt from Fedex with the estimated value and Tracking number. I thought it was a reasonable request, so I reached out to the sales guy. I was told the information page contains their private info so they were unable to share. I then asked him if he could cover the private info on the page and then send it to me. He told me okay, and said he will send it to me later. Almost a week later, I still did not receive anything, nor did I hear back. I followed up through email, and it turned out the guy changed his mind again and told me he couldn't share the info. You should at least keep me updated, or explain why?? Here comes the best part - I tried calling the sales guy a couple of times, but after giving my name his colleague always told me he's busy and he's going to call me back. HE NEVER CALLED BACK. And when he finally picked up the phone after I kept calling, WOW, what an attitude. Isn't this just the simplest request? I know places like this probably don't expect a recent customer to make another purchase soon, but do you have customer service at all??? Not recommended. read more

I just purchased two Oris with Jorge's help from California. The price is good, and the communication is great. The overall buying process is really smooth. I'd definitely recommend the store, and will come back again for my next purchase. read more

I bought a watch from this company that was defective. I returned it requesting a replacement, or repair. When they told me it could take up to 4 months for the repair; my response was to tell them that 4 months was too long to wait. They told me it would be fixed and returned in 2 weeks. I did not receive it. Multiple calls presented with multiple excuses, the latest one, "a power failure at our facility". There is no service from this company. You get the same person every time you call. I suspect Timepiece Collection is a 2 bit operation and may be a scam. BUYER BEWARE. read more

My fiancé wanted to buy me a watch as an engagement/wedding present. When I called, Jorge talked to me at length and answered all of my questions. He gave us a great price on the watch and helped my fiancé throughout the ordering experience. Overall, I couldn't be happier with our experience and will definitely be coming back for my next purchase. read more

I had been looking for a particular watch for a few weeks from multiple dealers. I wanted a certain Swiss watch and searched all over on the internet. This store had one. They gave me a very good price and communicated very well, too. Was looking for a steel watch for everyday wear and walked into The Timepiece Collection in Englewood. I was quite honestly blown away at how knowledgeable and patient Jorge was. He asked me what kind of things I was looking for in a watch and showed me many pieces that had the qualities i was looking for and he stayed within my budget which I appreciated! I loved all the recommendations, but the final piece he showed me was the one. Stunning blue color dial with a sporty look yet versatile enough to wear with a suit. Couldn't be happier. Thanks again Jorge! (By the way, the whole staff was friendly to me and the other customers that were in the shop) I definitely would recommend to check this place out if your in the market for a watch. read more

Went to the Timepiece Collection to look at some watches with my wife for our anniversary. We had a great time trying on some different pieces. We were a little miffed that, when we walked in, no one made an effort to say "welcome" or even "hello" despite the fact that there was a woman stationed in the front (I guess not to greet customers ‍). Once we started chatting with the salesman, Jorge, however, we felt more taken care of. He was knowledgeable and friendly (with a good sense of humor). Definitely the type of salesperson I always hope to encounter in an upscale store like this but seldom do. He was great and we ended up walking out with two new pieces! We'll definitely be back for service or future purchases and I hope we run into Jorge again! read more

Sorry to say but had a really lousy experience here with buying a rather high end watch for my wife's 50th. A month after buying the watch, the band broke. I brought the watch back to Timepiece and to my dismay they actually inferred that my wife somehow caused the issue. Tons of attitude and then begrudgingly took the watch and band back to be fixed. Then it took 3 months to come back to us...no apology, no handshake, and again with the attitude. Flash forward another 3 weeks and the band breaks AGAIN. I bring it back to Timepiece and now they say "we're not responsible", you need to get in contact with the manufacturer or we can fix it but we have to charge you for doing so. I was blown away. My wife then decides to send a letter to the CEO of this particular watch company and they were all over it. Sent her a brand new watch, a very kind note from the CEO and an apology...something called client service which is something the guys at Timepiece could learn from. I think these guys need to learn that the sale doesn't start and end with the actual sale, especially if you're looking for long term clients. Lose the attitude guys...it's very unbecoming. read more

I had a great experience working with Jorge on my recent purchase of a Nomos Club. Jorge was very helpful and responsive. I bought a Glashutte Original PanoMatic Lunar from The Timepiece Collection and Jorge was absolutely wonderful to work with. Excellent service from the team here at Timepiece. I would definitely shop here again for any future watch purchases. Be sure to do your research online - not all retailers stock every watch brand or specific collection. That being said, I would definitely recommend calling ahead of time if you have a specific watch you're looking for. I had a great experience and timely help from Jorge both over the phone and in-person. It was my first time purchasing a more high-end watch brand, and I didn't feel I was being pushed to buy anything I wasn't comfortable with. Jorge showed great care in how the watch fit and made sure we understood the important functions. Also appreciated the heads up about street parking - bring some quarters if you're driving over! :) read more

I do not usually write reviews, but my experience was so outstanding that I have to give this shout-out to Jeff at The Timepiece Collection. I purchased a used Glashutte Original watch online from The Timepiece Collection. The watch arrived the next day, well packaged. It was listed online as in "Very Good" condition, but that was a conservative understatement -- the watch was absolutely mint and appears to have never been worn. I noted, however, that the clasp was loose. Without hesitation, Jeff offered to replace the clasp with a brand new one at no charge. I would have expected that for a new watch but not for a used watch. I am completely satisfied with the excellent customer service I received, and I will not hesitate to buy future watches from The Timepiece Collection. read more

I purchased from Jorge a very rare Longines watch, a Master Collection moon phase with 4 (really) retrogade complications. It had to be special ordered. No Longines authorized dealers stocks this watch as far as I can tell because it is both large (44 by 16.5) and expensive as Longines watches go. The service from Jorge was fantastic and the watch arrived earlier than expected I was very happy with the price. Jorge is a good negotiator - he asked me what I was looking for, and then offered me a price in the middle of the range I gave him that I thought was fair and simply accepted. I could not be more satisfied with this transaction, and getting the watch from an AD at a took away the concern I would have had if I had purchased such a complicated watch from even a highly reputable gray market dealer. I would (and have) recommended Jorge and The Timepiece Collection to friends. I have several watches (probably too many), including a Rolex stainless and gold blue dial Submariner I purchased from an AD nearly 20 years ago. I would go back to Jorge and The Timepiece Collection for any watch brand they carry, which seems to include the premium Swatch Group brands. read more

must be me. but when i call to find out about an expensive watch and i don't get a call back, then i call them and speak with someone who's clearly uninterested in selling me a watch and inexperienced at best, i change my mind on the whole thing. 'are you going to buy today', was what the salesperson asked persistently. i felt worse than being at a used car lot. then he told me that he didn't have what i wanted. when pressed, he told me he could get it--they carry the line but didn't have it in stock---then told me he couldn't get it with the band i wanted....then said he could. i asked to speak he he was an owner and he asked me why, then told me they were unavailable. really wanted to buy a watch, too. go elsewhere. do yourself a favor. read more
