The trailer was clean, modern, and far nicer than anything you typically expect when you hear "portable restroom." Our guests commented multiple times on how nice and well maintained it was, which says a lot. Horrendous customer service, want to charge extra 10$/month to simply notify me when the cleaning occurs. Telling me they were there to clean when obviously not the case and want to charge 50$ for an extra cleaning. Go with a company that has a cleaning chart on the door and uses more than a 5 gallon bucket of fluid. read more

Tufts Construction got a gig to re-pave my street... I guess one of the guys thought it would be a great idea to put the potty right on my front lawn and even helped themselves to some bricks from the garden to help keep it balanced. The job has been done for days and this is still on the lawn. Update: I've been playing phone tag with them since 8am. Spoke with Luis around 3pm and was told that all the potties on the street were already picked up and they had no idea there was one on my street. He also implied it was my fault for not "letting them know sooner." It is now 8pm, nobody has contacted me, and the potty is still on the lawn. read more

I was organizing an large scale event for work and we needed portable toilets. I found Throne Depot on Yelp and contacted them for a quote. They got right back to me and the quote was reasonable. Communication was good, and they delivered and picked up afterwards. The toilets were clean and well stocked. They have regular as well as handicapped accessible as well. Most porta potty companies use solid colors on their equipment to blend into the environment. Throne Depot goes out of their way to turn your yard into a purple and orange neon advertising sign. Your neighbors, who are already wary of construction, will hate you. The potties are beyond ugly. read more

Terrible Terrible Terrible, don't recommend at all. I live in Lynnfield and I remodeled my kitchen, and because of the pandemic I had some delays. I went 6 days into the next months billing and they charged me a full month. They also charge for cleaning the porta potty, which was never actually cleaned. Check with other rental companies if you need a porta potty, don't use The Throne Depot. read more

Just married last weekend and hosted a rather large BBQ with an open bar. We changed our order or portos a bunch of times. Luis was great though. He kept right up with me! There was a little mixup the day before the wedding when our portos didn't arrive; but all was sorted the morning of and they picked up on Sunday! What's better than that! If i could give 0 stars i would. I would only use this company for a 1 day event. Unfortunately for us we needed a long term rental, as we were / are doing a large construction project on our house and living on site. I would constantly need to contact them for our unit to be "serviced" and then was told it was, when it was in fact not. Sometimes it was 3-4 weeks, it was unbearable and to have to go back and fourth with admin stating it was not cleaned is and was ridiculous. I am ready to send them photos to prove it wasn't not serviced. At the beginning it was "the road is close they couldn't get to you" yes there is road construction in the area however there are detours and our street is a detour so that didn't make sense. Then it was well your service day is Friday when last time i called it was Wednesday and on and on. Now when i contact them its it was already serviced which it was not. and i have to tell them it wasn't. We got the service at the end of may and here it is September and the unit has been clean less than 6 times, when it should be done weekly. Unreliable and unprofessional. Half of the time your order will arrive as promised, and when you have workers on a job site with no access to restrooms, that is unacceptable. When they make a mistake and take 4 days to correct it, that is also unacceptable. And when you tell them you are disappointed with their service, they disappear altogether. The only thing in their favor is that all portable restroom companies are like this. It's a crap shoot, literally. Considering they force you to pay by credit card upfront, it seems like a scam. They get paid whether they provide acceptable service or not, unless you want to go through the hassle of cancelling charges through the credit card company. Porta Potties are a necessary evil, but that doesn't mean you should have to go through hell trying to get one delivered. read more
