First the tech…read moreone of the owners daughters gave me a very short light classic when we agreed upon a hybrid but still charged the extra $50 like I got the hybrid set. I let that one go still paid and tipped but then in less than a day I lost so many lashes it looked like I was due for a fill. While industry standard and her own insta policies stated I could be refunded or redone in 72 hours she refused to do any of things and claimed she was fully booked out for 2 weeks despite just starting to offer lashes at the salon. I had a friend call and surprise she booked a full set for her the next day. Instead of taking the opportunity to show off her work at an event nearly everyone has extensions at and get a glowing recommendation anytime someone said anything about lashes they heard they were from Party City and why. All she had to do was find ten to twenty mins in 4 days I would have even had these fixed at 10pm at night of that was the only time it could happen. Most salons don't leave you hanging when you have a big event but when they do you definitely don't go back or recommend them to anyone else so their big day becomes a stressful mess of trying to find someone else to fix it or a last minute replacement. Maybe if I had called the owner it might have turned out different but I shouldn't have to call to force someone to honor their own policies. Plus being that the lash tech is the owners daughter I'm not sure she would have done anything about it either.
