Each time they were professional, on time and on budget. We got quotes to move to California from a few different companies. Rolf was the lowest AND the most honest. They moved some things for us again last week. Jake and Ty did an EXCELLENT job and were extremely careful. They treated our things like they would treat their own things and did it all with a smile. We appreciate that this is at least the third time Jake has helped move things for us and that LaRae is always willing and more than capable of helping to arrange the moves! Dealing with the same people over the years makes things go smoother and shows the quality of the business! Thank you!!!

They were: organized, punctual, very efficient with time, careful handling our items, respectful, accurate on what they originally quoted us, and just generally enjoyable to be around for an entire day! The process ran smoothly from start to finish, beginning with Jamie, the central office contact and scheduler who was great with communication before, during, and after our move! We not only recomend Hollandale to others, we used them a second time to help with a new furniture delivery when we were frustrated with the retailer's 3rd party delivery firm. Hollandale not only accommodated our short-notice timing, they were comparable in price and we knew it would get done correctly. Don't hestiate to hire them!

Having read numerous "RV horror stories" about major issues with new and used RVs, I decided to find an experienced professional to inspect it for me and give me an unbiased opinion before closing the deal. I found Madison RV Service through the NRVIA (National RV Inspector's Association) website and emailed him later that evening. He responded promptly, and we arranged for an inspection. He performed the service on schedule and following a lengthy and thorough review of the rig, provided a comprehensive report complete with photos that we reviewed together over the phone within hours of the inspection. He worked with the dealer, sharing his findings before leaving. The RV dealership had nothing but good things to say about Marco's professionalism and approach as well and had resolved ALL of the minor issues Marco discussed with them before I arrived at the dealership to pick up the rig. These were items I could have easily overlooked and their combined value (both monetary and in aggravation) mostly covered the cost of the service. I highly recommend contacting Madison RV Service and Marco Massei if you're in the market for an RV inspection.

He had worked for one of the chain carpet cleaning companies before working for Ultimate Carpet Cleaning and told me there was a big difference in companies between the quality of work expected and the importance put on detail.
