I was looking at purchasing a used travel trailer for our upcoming family adventures from a dealership more than 3 hours away. Having read numerous "RV horror stories" about major issues with new and used RVs, I decided to find an experienced professional to inspect it for me and give me an unbiased opinion before closing the deal. I found Madison RV Service through the NRVIA (National RV Inspector's Association) website and emailed him later that evening. He responded promptly, and we arranged for an inspection. He performed the service on schedule and following a lengthy and thorough review of the rig, provided a comprehensive report complete with photos that we reviewed together over the phone within hours of the inspection. He worked with the dealer, sharing his findings before leaving. The RV dealership had nothing but good things to say about Marco's professionalism and approach as well and had resolved ALL of the minor issues Marco discussed with them before I arrived at the dealership to pick up the rig. I found Marco through the NRVIA to conduct an inspection on a used Fifth Wheel. We opted to purchase another RV and did not get to use Marco for the inspection. When we were in the area, I remember Marco did more that inspections and asked he he would come out and install two MAXX Air Fans and two Micro-Air Soft starts. Marco quoted his rates and we set up an appointment. Prior to the appointment Marco asked for Model #s on all work to be done.
