The movers arrived promptly on time and I loved how I was given a call prior to their arrival. They packed and handled everything with care. This time, I was given a 3 man crew. All personnel was professional. They consulted in me first to ensure what needed to go and what needed to stay. They trailed behind me all the way up to the destination not once did they attempt to out drive me. Once we arrived, all of my belongings were placed in various specific areas at my request. They even helped me move all of my plant babies from my vehicle. This is the best company in the area! I'll always use and trust CL Movers. Including the admin assistant is professional too. She immediately sent me an invoice receipt after I had paid and she was sweet over the phone.

The ONLY Movers I'll Ever Hire Again - Here's Why..." After…read moreseveral moves over the years, I can honestly say Moved by Faith Moving Company is in a league of their own. I've worked with them multiple times now, and every single experience has been five-star from start to finish. They take what could be one of the most stressful days of the year and turn it into something completely manageable -- even enjoyable. They go above and beyond when it comes to care. I've watched them wrap furniture piece by piece, secure delicate items, and load everything in a way that makes me confident nothing will shift or break. In all my moves with them, I've never had a single scratch or damaged item -- which is something I cannot say about other movers I've tried in the past. Their process is seamless. They communicate clearly when booking, arrive right on time, and work efficiently as a team to get the job done. But what I love most is that they don't just drop everything in the middle of the room and leave. They check in, make sure everything is in the right place, and don't leave until I'm completely satisfied. That level of service is rare. If you need movers who are professional, reliable, and truly care about protecting your home and your belongings, this is the team you want on your side. I recommend them every chance I get -- because I know they'll deliver the same exceptional experience for you.

If there were zero stars, that's how I would rate Moved by Faith moving company. They scheduled…read moreour move, took our deposit, confirmed the appointment the day before and then never showed up. Repeated calls, texts and emails were made with no response. When they answered the phone the next day, Alex, the owner, told me I would get my deposit back at some point because they had been totally shut down for a week with no help and no scheduling and he had to get to start doing moving jobs again that afternoon. HMMMMM....but he didn't "want to make any excuses." Please DO NOT use this company. Better Business Bureau has been alerted. At the least, this business is poorly run. At most, it is a scam.

In 2024,…read moreI was pleased with their service and price of the move, so I decided to use them again in 2025. This time around, I honestly would not recommend using them for a residential move. The movers did not properly protect several of our items and caused significant damage to a solid wood dresser. A few of our plastic moving boxes were smashed and broken. They also put a small dent in the wall while moving stuff upstairs. There was also confusion between the movers and the front office staff. The movers stated they weren't given any "paperwork" so they didn't even know how much to charge me at first. Overall, this most recent move with them was just not good or professional. Not sure what changed in 1 year, but I would not recommend using Moving By Design at this time.

She also does not own up to mistakes taken by her employees. Comforter was washed and put back on bed with a hole in it. Had to buy a new one. Business owner offered to take off money on my bill. But I should not have had to come to her with this problem. I should have been notified when the hole happened. Master Bath was cleaned. However, the whole shower and tub was NOT cleaned. Found soap rings in tub. And spots all over glass door. Cleaning company had an issue with us the property owner having a security camera. Said we needed to establish trust. No the owners has a right to have a security camera in their expensive condo to check on maintenance people, etc. The cleaning company had different people coming for each service visit. And with all the problems we have been experiencing with them, we felt the need to check the camera once and awhile. The only trust that needs to be established is the cleaning company cleans, not damage property, and property owner pays their bill. We also found 4 full bags of linens left. all were wrinkled and stale smelling. Had to be rewashed and folded. One bag had wet and moldy items, along with two wet bath rugs. We should have been told there was a bag of wet linens, and rugs, before items got mold on them. Because of this we had to by new items. I feel this cleaning company is used to cleaning rentals, and not having work checked very often. However, quality and good service is still to be expected by a cleaning company. And The Coast is clean does not deliver good quality work.

He was very professional, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and informative about our issue (apparently german roaches are known as hitchhikers and could have come from anywhere, like a shipping box or new appliance...which was interesting since we had recently replaced our dishwasher). He inspected the area of concern as well as surrounding areas to determine where to focus treatment and confirmed our initial thoughts. He completed the treatment in an extremely reasonable timeframe, then treated the rest of our house. This situation required a follow up treatment 2 weeks later and he told me exactly what the process would look like for scheduling that and how to let them know if the date needed to be shifted to better meet our schedule. He left me feeling confident we are on the way to getting rid of these gross pests. This is the second time we've used 007 (once before to remove a wasp nest from our attic) and we will continue to use and recommend them! Thank you David
