Exceptional service!! Prompt, clear and concise communication. Arrived on time and maintained communication when he was in route. He actually showed up alone because his staff didn't show but that didn't stop him from keeping his word. We used Ty from Clear Your Junk today to remove stuff that had piled up around the sides of our garage and to haul away some old appliances (TVs, mini-fridges, etc). Couldn't have asked for better. Very responsive, reasonable pricing, reliable and communicative (confirmed the appointment, let us know he was running a bit late due to traffic, etc), thoughtful, honest, and goes above & beyond (doing some extra cleaning up after the hauling off to make the side of our garage look better, for example).
