Descent cheap and overall good views of the island you can see the beautiful St Peter port cost

Walking towards The Terrace Cafe, you'd never have any idea that this was going to be good thai food. The outside of the restaurant gives no clues 'til you turn the corner for the entrance. Where you are greeted by Buddha's and just jaw-dropping decor/scenery. A grapevine grows all over the ceiling and it is real. The view from the "Cafe" overlooks the Ocean/Bay filled with sail boats and the old church which is situated right across the street. It still offered regular Cafe choices (regular sandwiches, great choices for kids etc) It was SOO pretty--I really assumed the food couldn't compete... I was graciously wrong. This was hands DOWN the best Thai food I have had in a LOOONNNNNNGGG Time. Definitely one of the best Thai restaurants I've ever been to. I still am in shock/can't believe it. And i would DEFINITELY return to this exact spot if I ever get to return. The Red Curry Dish and the Thai Noodle Soup are PERFECT. If you order both you will be a happy camper. Both dishes are FILLED with flavor and if there is such a thing as a Food Orgasm--you will have it here. Ordered with an Orangina and water. I'd definitely return. read more

Beautiful views and such a lovely layout on their huge outdoor patio. It's a shame the fencing is so high as it blocks all the views as soon as you sit down. The different seating options is a really nice touch and I like that you get a lot of choice in your seating arrangments. The staff here are really nice and the food comes out quickly. Unfortunately, I found it to be rather bland tasting. The portions are large and It did hit the spot but I dont think I wil be returning anytime soon because of the lack of flavour. read more

Amazing place to eat when the weather is good. Overlooks St Peter Port Harbour. Food is great and menu is extensive. Its more of serve youself than a restaurant. You order then collect when your number is called. Very busy in summer months. Seating is limited in cold wet months as inside area is relatively small however still worth a visit. read more

This is the Terrace Garden Cafe that is on the waterfront in Guernsey. You have a great water view when you are sitting on the terrace. I loved their spicy tofu dish. Very generous serving and served piping hot. Great customer service and very fast as well. Best view restaurant for sure. Very accessible as it is right on the promenade. This restaurant has western and thai dishes. Bring your camera when you come to the restaurant. read more
