No one would follow up on showing and we had at least 20 showings. One of them we did the showing and still nothing. We dropped the price over $100,000. We ended up leasing and if the renter wants to buy they still want their percentage up to 180 days after lease is final!!!! Do NOT use this company. Poor customer service and no follow up.
