He provided us with sound and objective advice for selling the house, and was very professional. He sent us personalized videos discussing the sale of the house, and my family and I greatly appreciated the one-on-one approach (we all live in other states). Gregg made sure that our distance from Louisiana did not raise any difficulties. Gregg noticed that the annual house flood insurance premium was high, and might be deterring buyers. He suggested we obtain a new elevation certificate and then ask the insurance company to re-evaluate the premiums. Gregg recommended a person to provide the elevation certificate. We had a new elevation certificate prepared, and it resulted in a substantial reduction in the premium and a large refund of the previous premium payment. Gregg deserves full credit for this. Similarly, when the purchaser had their inspection of the house done they found the air conditioning was not operating. The buyers asked for funds to make repairs or replace the system. The day after we learned this Gregg had a service person in the house who found that the AC problem was minor and was easily fixed. This again saved us a substantial amount of money. I also want to mention that Gregg's associates were also a pleasure to work with. I recommend the Tepper Group with absolutely no reservations.
