In a word...INCREDIBLE!…read more This had to be one of the most legally difficult real estate transactions I've ever been involved with. I was the buyer and David was my real estate agent. The property was marketed as one house with an additional lot and one owner. Turned out it had 2 owners, 2 separate deeds, and the lot had been previously acquired via a tax lien foreclosure with many liens still encumbering it from being transferred. Needless to say, the level of professional expertise, skill, patience, attention to detail and real estate savvy to navigate and jump through all of these hoops to get this deal closed required a Cirque du Soleil real estate agent, and THAT was DAVID STEWART - the most knowledgeable business and real estate professional I've encountered. Thank you!!!!

Gayle Maccomber is one of the most rudest, snobbish, unprofessional scam artists in the real estate…read morebusiness. First of all if you're going to rent a property through this business don't do it! The lease terms in itself is to put you in a messed up situation. My family and I rented a property through her for $2500 a month. We rented for a year and in that year we could not live in over 50% of the house because of mold. I was never told that we could pay a percentage because we weren't able to use all of the house. Instead 1/31/22 after all of the construction and people going in and out of my house she said that they would not be renewing the lease and that we had to be out by 2/28/22. The week of Mardi Gras the worst time to be moving during the shortest month. She was trying to push us to buy the home. We didn't want the problems so we're building somewhere else. Gayle is very unethical and an all around f***ed up person! The stuff her and the owner put my family and I through. There's a very special place in hell for her.

Quite possibly the rudest woman I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. My wife, and I…read morecouldn't even make it through the first phone call with Gayle. She is very condescending, and struck both my wife and I as more of a life coach than a realtor. I hadn't realized that Keller Williams started hiring dual purpose real estate agents, but I assure you that we were not calling to have someone evaluate our choice in service pets. My wife informed miss Macomber that we have 2 service dogs (one for my daughter, and one for myself after getting blown up in Afghanistan). Miss Macomber took it upon herself to state her displeasure that we had 2 service dogs, and follwed that up with some apparently necessary information on how miss Macomber could get her pet hamster certified as a service animal... it seemed like she was being a little braggadocious. All-in-all I don't know that I've ever spoken to a professional, in any field, so crass and discourteous to people looking to hire her for her services.

Nathan went above and beyond, showing up always, and being available every time we needed him. I don't know why anyone would go elsewhere. Stop scrolling and just call him now. Nathan was always professional, but also so easy going, and it kept us less stressed. His knowledge of everything home owner, the processes to go through, and even pointing out things to look at in the NINE homes we looked at, and then going back for us while we were out of state to do a 3D tour for us on a tenth home - just above an beyond. Just amazing customer service and our first friend in Louisiana. 10 stars out of 5... just a great experience. Thank you Nathan!

Thinking about the experiences I have had purchasing houses, my experience with Nathan Bell was nothing short of exceptional. From our initial conversations through closing day, Nathan went above and beyond to ensure we found a home that fit our budget, was in a good and safe location, and with great appreciation potential. First and foremost, Nathan has outstanding knowledge and expertise in the real estate market. He took the time to understand our wants and requirements and searched for properties that met our criteria. We visited a lot of potential homes and eventually selected one that we believed to be just right. Buying a home requires a lot of communication. Nathan was very responsive and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner, provided updates as needed, and ensured that we were informed every step of the way. As our search narrowed in on a specific property, Nathan went the extra mile coordinating with the selling agent and finding service providers for home inspections, pest inspections, and repair work. Nathan even volunteered to be available to meet with utility providers to ensure all utilities were activated. If you're looking for an "easy button" when it comes to finding the right home for you and your family, you will be doing yourself a disservice if you do not give Nathan the opportunity to help you.
