I recently referred an old friend to Karen and Chad Davis, the owners of Realty One Group Immobilia in Mandeville, Louisiana. They accepted the property management of a beautiful home in a premier neighborhood in Denham Springs, Louisiana. The homeowner works out of the country. Karen and Chad have taken extreme advantage of his inability to check up on THEM. The level of incompetence he has experienced is beyond belief. He's had nothing but lies from these two people - both licensed agents of the state. He works overseas and is not able to verify information that is told to him. He was told that the home was vacant and currently on the market for rent. I have a daughter living in the New Orleans area, and we visit quite often. My friend, the owner of the home, asked if I would check on the property for him while I was here this week. Upon my visit to his home, I discovered that it appears everything told to him by Karen or Chad Davis was a lie. There are tenants in the property and it is not currently listed on any rental website. No rent has been received by the owner since December, 2025. No eviction proceedings have been started for the tenants. The home needs repairs, as well. The repairs are certainly things that could be easily addressed by a competent property manager. I personally tried to address these issues with the Broker, Karen Davis. She did not care. She truly does not care WHAT-SO-EVER. She literally blew me off. Her client, my friend, was completely dismissed. These people are also completely unappreciative, as this is NOT the first referral I have personally given them. KAREN AND CHAD DAVIS are the REALTORS that give the rest of us bad names. I am shocked and ashamed. This could be anyone that they've done this to.
