I had Bri Gomes as my TC (I am a buyer) and if there's a TC that is unprofessional, careless, and lacking the right knowledge, Bri has gotten it all. Bri thinks she is actually the customer and she gets to decide what should and should not go on the contract. When asked to make changes, she was rude in her response and continues to either claim the changes are not important or she has already made the changes when she hasn't. Last time I check TC is not supposed to give Legal advice. When adding Lauren to the conversation, she didn't provide any help either and let Bri continues to be unprofessional. I would highly recommend you stay away from this company as there are many good TC choices out there or just save your $499 for a good house gift. read more
