Do not use this practice. After having a multi-year long divorce, I have seen that this firm has an…read moreextremely high turnover rate. They cannot retain attorneys nor paralegals. There is a reason. This firm dragged out my case for their own income. I had to push for my case to proceed. They charged me huge $$$ for subpoenas, but never reported the findings. Jennifer and her husband, who is in charge of billing/finance, bullied me at times, by stopping work until payment was received, and dragging it out, taking advantage of my vulnerable state because they knew I wanted it over. They knew my income as a public teacher, and wrote up hours of billing beyond my income. They did not care that I would take on credit card debt to pay the thousands in billing each month in full. The firm consistently did not know the details of my case, exemplified by me repeating details and even not speaking in court to the details, and became angry when I told them so, threatening to quit so near the end, rather than try to learn the case. Because I blurted out in court that my ex was lying and my attorney did not speak up, the judge saw what my ex was attempting and awarded me more than what the firm asked for me to get. I don't want any one else to be taken advantage of like I was.

My ex wife had been keeping my daughter away from me and abusing loose wording in a prior custody order. She then was having my daughter around a man that kept my ex wife hostage in a motel during a drunken rage. I hired an attorney from the Law Offices of Jennifer J. Riley firm and was severely disappointed and let down. My attorney was Tyler Kaestner and if his performance is any indication of how the rest of that firm is ran then I would highly suggest anyone and everyone avoid that firm. During the initial phone call when I gave them all the background information and everything that was needed to see if they would take the case he said "we definitely feel like we can win this case. We have the team and resources that can have your daughter in Georgia indefinitely ". He was very cavalier about their abilities and resources. During the first 2-3 weeks the firm either lost of misplaced paperwork that signed for. He never had time to video chat or make proper introductions so the first time this man saw my face was during our initial hearing. With how how confident he sounded I made some HUGE life altering changes that will affect my possible retirement with the military in 4 years. I understand that I didn't have to do that but I will take daddy daughter time over a different career. After giving $7000+ dollars and being affected by the government shutdown things took a huge turn. I was starting to get more messages from their billing department rather than from my lawyer. On January 14 he told me he was going to be withdrawing from the case. This was less than 30 days from the final court date. He said he would put in a continuance request with the city of Philadelphia so I could find another attorney. I was then informed by the courts that the request was never received and I have emails proving that. I wound up having to represent myself and was met with military bias and other things I wasn't prepared for in that courtroom. In the end I got more time with my daughter and was able to get the minimum of what I wanted. But as I sit here and eat dinner I was called by my daughter who was crying on the phone saying how her mom was bringing that same man around. Both this law firm and the city of Philadelphia court systems failed. My daughter is in harms way again and I'm 6 states away.

We really liked the Jeep and the servicing dealership was excellent, but the inconvenience and stress of dealing with a vehicle which had significant mechanical issues led us to seek a resolution under NJ Lemon Law statute. We started the process privately and soon learned that there were way too many steps that had to be followed in order to come to an acceptable outcome for our case. At that point, we decided to seek professional help & the reputation of your firm led us to obtain your representation for our case. From the introductory call which explained the entire process, to our initial conversation with Jacqueline Herritt, and dealing with her entire team, everything was explained in detail and all necessary steps were made understandable and easy to follow. Thanks to Ms. Herritt's paralegal, Kira Thorne, for making my job easy when obtaining and forwarding forms and service records. Thomas Norpel was very informative with assistance after a settlement offer was received and approved by both parties to make sure all steps were performed. And of course, Ms. Herritt for negotiating and making it all happen. We couldn't be happier with the service and outcome. It really is an experience that we hope neither our family or friends will not have to go through in the future, but if so, we certainly would recommend your firm. Thanks again for obtaining a great resolution to our Lemon Law case.
