Hard to think of a more idyllic place to sit & watch the sun go down over the country side relaxing with a beer or two. Good country style pub with country style meals close enough to Sydney for a day trip or you can stay the night if you've enjoyed a few too many. read more

Worst Service Ever, Very Average Food This place is probably fine if you just a want a drink at the bar, but be warned if you try to order lunch on the weekend. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive, with no warning about waits or apologies. When one of us went to inquire with a waitress and ask if they might at least send out a bowl of wedges while we wait, she was extremely rude and offered us nothing. When the food did come out, there was no cutlery. When one of us went to ask for some, the waitress said "What do you need that for, I've only got two sets right now.." Umm hello? All of us had schnitzel, lasagne or salad that clearly requires forks. When they finally got some cutlery, the waitress chucked it all at one of my friends and said "Here, you hand these out." Food portions were tiny for pub standards and pretty tasteless. read more
