I get not all of them impact the appraised value but he was so rude about it and kept mentioning his extensive court background and how the "other guys" doing appraisals were idiots and over inflating everything. I did not need the full legal process mansplained to me as we were literally just trying to get proof of value increase to get rid of our mortgage insurance. He kept addressing my husband and catering to him even though I was the customer. It's my house, I scheduled the appraisal, and paid the damn thing. Lastly, about an hour after he left I heard back from my mortgage company and they don't accept 3rd party appraisals. The expert Tony claims to be, and he didn't know this? Lastly, he said he already paid the county so he could only refund me $100 out of the $500 I paid. Even though he said it was take 2-3 weeks to complete the report. What a freaking scam.

Clearly not the brightest bulb in the box. Our children came to us complaining that she had come in their room and wasn't wearing her mask properly, children understand the concept and she doesn't. She also entered a room with a closed-door without knocking first and walked in on my husband half-naked. A normal person would say, oh my gosh, I'm so sorry...and go back out the door. However, this lady is not normal. She didn't apologize and continued walking around the room to take photos.
