She said this smiling, with irony and disregard, as if delivering good news. She then went back to the bar smiling, ignoring us while repeatedly glancing at us, which felt dismissive and mocking. There was no manager present and no one took responsibility. No one explained what would happen next or showed any intention of correcting the mistake. We left and went to Peak 47, where we had the same prices, much better food, and truly professional service. The contrast could not have been clearer. Reservations clearly mean nothing here.
