I asked the tailor to fit the pants to make them tapered and fitted meaning from the waist , thighs down to the ankles. He said yes no problem. When I tried them on it was awful. He just tapered at the ankle nothing done at the thighs And the taper at the ankle was so tight I could barely get my leg through. Then the one leg is tighter than the other. Omg I would be laughing if I hadn't paid good money for this work. It looks like some badly made HAMMER PANTS The suit jacket.... He just shortened the arms without adjust the shoulder width. Waited for 45 mins while he helped other customers. Had to leave and go buy off the rack for my event. Finally came back for suit and he tried to charge me for work that was NEVER done. Ridiculous.

The woman behind the counter shushed her, told her that they were closed ( she had just helped another guest and immediately starting helping the lady behind my mother) and rudely asked her to leave. My mom asked about the open sign and the lady ignored the question. I dont know if it was the color profile of my shirts? I'm gay and theres a rainbow on the lead shirt... I don't know if it's because my mom is deaf, reads lips, and the lady didn't want to deal with her.
