Based on this, I'm highly recommending this Mt Eden barber shop. New Way Barbers is in the 8 Nugent complex and must already get a lot of patronage from local businessmen and from the gym across the way. Based on the handsome new look Bald Eagles from the Shave for a Cure event, I can also imagine men come from far and wide to use their services. The barber shop has a masculine feel, it's a place where a guy would feel comfortable getting a haircut. They are obviously Mohamed Ali fans because there is a lot of the famous boxers photography displayed on the walls. They have all of the essential guy hair products top.

He prides himself on 30 years cutting hair and does an ok job but it hurts as his comb hits your scalp. He has also jacked up his price to $50 bucks. I am a bit of a no frills kind of guy when it comes to my hairstyle - just once they cut it ok is all I really ask for. So I was kinda in the wrong place when it comes to the Stylish Man. I walked in and the guy asked me if I had an appointment? I said no and he frowned. I told him I was prepared to wait so I sat down and picked up a magazine. They seemed to be taking an awful of time with each of the clients and guys were coming in who had appointments booked. People came and went and they did not acknowledge me at all. I was getting pissed off at this stage and it was beginning to dawn on me that this was a bit of David Beckham place. I am certainly not that type of guy so I weighed it up for about ten minutes and then decided to walk out.
