Showers that smell like regret, lockers that may or may not lock, and towels thinner than conspiracy theories. Staff is hit or miss. Some are friendly, most look like they're one membership complaint away from walking out. And don't even get me started on the "personal trainers" who seem more interested in texting than training. Two stars because it's still a gym. You can technically lift weights and sweat here. But if you're looking for inspiration, motivation, or even basic cleanliness, look elsewhere.

The gym isn't as new as far as the equipment that mine offers, so I had to take a star away for that. And IMO PF should upgrade this location. It's clean, with plenty of parking and a great staff. This morning, around 5am, I was doing the circuit, and had 2 machines left and the final "cardio" block. When two people entered and started going backwards, so I thought. But they weren't. They were sitting on the last two machines just switching off between one another. Now at my home gym, I use the circuit around 4:30am and have NO competition for anything but know the rules if it's busier and always insert myself around someone else's workout so I don't interfere. Well these two clearly didn't care about interfering. There were 4 other people on the circuit and no one else was breaking the rules. Everyone was being cognisant of the other people and respectful. I went over when the light turned red and said I'm on this next for the circuit. The guy said "okay," and when he got up I moved to get on the machine when the woman said she would be "a few minutes." So I waited one more cycle and again said "I'm doing the circuit, and waiting on this machine." And the lady said "yeah we are too" I said "no, actually you're just taking over these machines and no one can continue their workout. You're wasting my time and cutting into my workout." Then she said "you're wasting MY time." At that point I was DONE and walked over to the desk. I let John, who was working, know that there was an issue. He came RIGHT over and actually addressed it. He was firm but polite. They were extremely rude to him and he never lost his cool. I was super impressed by his customer service skills. Obviously they favored me, but I FOLLOW the rules and respect other people working out around me. Anyway Planet Fitness Corporate, please update these machines. The ARC trainer machines are rusted they're so old!!!! The staff is great and they deserve the upgrade!!! ***Update - the awesome guy who helped me out on the circuit was John. And he IS the manager. Well deserved then! This club is being run well which explains why it's so clean and equipment gets fixed so fast. Because management here CARES. And after a week of workouts, seeing a machine get fixed (the tricep or bicep on the circuit) within the week I was here, and interacting with staff, it definitely deserves 5 stars!)

Been going to this location for several years and it has definitely gone downhill in the last 6…read moremonths or so. Hasn't been the same since last manager left. Always too warm but that doesn't bother me as much as how dirty it is now. The cleaning stations are not kept up with supplies and no enforcement of patrons who sweat all over the machines and do not wipe them down. Bathrooms are dirty and auto flush systems rarely work. Machines can be broken for weeks while they "wait for parts". People behind the desk don't seem to care if you complain. There's a new EOS coming soon at Woodlands plaza and we will look into changing membership!

I also couldn't find many (any?) that did couples massages. I was pretty late booking, so we ended up not doing a couples massage here, but they did have online booking, which makes it so easy. I was less than a week out so there weren't two massages that I could schedule at the same time, but they did have massages that were thirty minutes apart. That worked for me. It was really easy to use their website. They have a table with seating in their front area and couches in a further back seating area. When I finished my massage and waited for my husband I sat in the back seating area, which was really comfortable. I think most people wait in the front though. They have a cute boutique in the front that you can browse while you wait. My massage was amazing. She went the full amount of time and it was everything I wanted. My husband also said his massage was fantastic and that the masseuse called out places where he was tense and where pain was probably coming from. Overall, we both had very relaxing experiences. They serve tea and strawberry water, which was nice. Parking was also super simple, they had a ton around the building. If I'm in the area, I will absolutely come back.

I called to confirm my appointment a few hours later since I never received a confirmation email. Turns out the email went to my spam folder. I accidentally booked for the wrong day but luckily the spa had availability on the day I needed and the time worked for my schedule. I booked the Prenatal Massage for 60 minutes. I arrived fifteen minutes early and checked in and was given a locker key. I changed into the spa robe and went to the relaxation room. It was quaint, quiet and the views from the 7th floor are impressive. Around 2:30 I was greeted by Phoenix my masseuse. My husband and I spent half the day at the spa getting facials, massages and a pedicure for me. My facial technician & pedicurist were amazing! You can have a gorgeous spa but if the technicians & products are average then the spa is only as good as your people & products. My facial technician gave me a lymphatic drainage session while 1 mask was on and an arm & hand massage while another mask was on. I've had more expensive facials that did not include those nice little luxuries. For me, I love that the waiting lounge was co-ed for couples so my husband and I could be together. This spa has a steam room and a couple of showers and that's about it so it is small but given the quality of service and products it is absolutely worth it!

Alex represented that their cards would be charged one cent and immediately canceled so he could receive credit for the sale. In reliance on that representation, the minors provided payment information. Contrary to those express representations, each has now been charged for a full membership and is being told they cannot cancel for three months. When my son sought resolution today at Countryside Crunch, management claimed the contracts were with Palm Harbor; Palm Harbor then sent him back to Countryside. This runaround is unacceptable and indicates deceptive, unfair, and predatory sales practices targeting minors. Be advised that I am documenting this incident and preserving all communications. I will be filing formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, the Better Business Bureau, and Crunch Fitness corporate, and I am consulting counsel regarding claims under Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), as well as potential rescission based on minority and misrepresentation. I demand immediate cancellation of all memberships, a full refund of any charges, and written confirmation that no further charges will be processed. If this is not resolved within five business days, I will pursue all available legal and regulatory remedies. No one in my family will patronize Crunch Fitness, and I will encourage others to avoid it.
