My initial reactions were mostly negative when I was provided a studio unit with a shower without enclosures and a fully equipped kitchenette without a single piece of chinaware , silverware, or cooking utensil even though we have never intended to cook. Certainly a couple of small plates , cups, and spoons would have satisfied me. After reading my comments, the management sent us a bottle of champagne and a full set of cookware apologizing that they should hav informed us of its avail ility on request. Our shower has no enclosure was meant for those with disability and an alternate was offered. Since the staff has always been outstanding in this hotel, I feel that they genuinely care. This hotel is very clean and about a 15-minute walk to the town center another 5-10 minutes to the Andre Rieu concert site. One does see many students at this place bit they are mostly polite and quiet. It is a good value when there's no major event in town. Don't forget to check out Bold the bar and restaurant on the 8th floor.Unless you have a disability, try to avoid those rooms. read more
