Great location in Centrum, close to train station/bus station, and with adequate rooms. I had issues with the climate control in my suite, but it was unusually warm in Eindhoven the week I was there (35 celsius), so that could have been a factor. It did make it difficult to sleep. The staff offered to move me to another room, but I did decline, so I can't fault them for their response. The only reason I would take off a star would be for the refrigerator, which did not cool anything (and was fully stocked with minibar items). Traveling for business, I needed some storage for my own items. Also, the WiFi became woefully inadequate on the weekend when the hotel became more full. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, I certainly wouldn't pay for it separately (I think it was 18 euros, maybe). It was included in my room, so it was fine. The staff were all very polite and kind, I appreciated their help and assistance. Overall, I would be ok with staying here again.

Wifi worked well. I don't quite understand the shower setup. Why is there glass between the shower and the sleeping area? And why do Europeans love leaving half of the glass off their showers? It's about a 10 minute walk from the train station to the Holiday Inn. The lobby is very modern looking with a bar and restaurant inside. I got to the hotel Sunday afternoon after a long 15 hour travel time. The staff was very friendly and helpful which was really good after all my traveling. The room was really nice and big. Comfortable king size bed with four pillows and they had soft and firm pillows for their guest. Nice big desk for working and free wifi. Wifi was really good in the morning but got a lot weaker at night. As for the bathroom. It was fairly big but there was a problem with the shower. It was a little sunken so the water could gather and the go down the drain. So you had to be very careful on how much water you use during your shower so the shower wouldn't overflow. Drain was very slow but worked. I think they did this on purpose to help control your water usage. My room overlooked the train station and city central. So the hotel was very close to the mall and city central where all the restaurants were. Very convenient for after work. Only problem is shops close at 5pm so we never got to shop. Just eat. Hahaha We had a free breakfast at the hotel and it was a really good with potatoes, tomatoes, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, danish, croissants, breads, fresh fruit and of course juices and coffee. Not a bad spread every morning. It was really nice. Enjoyed my stay. Very convenient but it seemed everyone staying here were business people. One warning. If you want a bike to ride then it's $17 euros a day. You need to order ahead of time cause they have limited supply of bikes. I wouldn't mind staying here again for my business trip. Enjoy.

My biggest complaint is the Internet connection was terrible. I was able to connect to the network ok but the speed was really really bad, we are talking 5 minutes to load a basic news page, no joke. Basically it was unusable and for me a hotel with no WiFi, bad WiFi, or pay WiFi is a deal breaker, period. The next morning though... wow, I have never seen a breakfast in a hotel of this level to be so nice. Man! The selection and quality was incredible. I would also like to add that Eindhoven is a beutiful place, very quiet and releaxed and full of Green Parks to walk around. The town itself is easy to get around, great shops, bars and cafes. The gym & spa are located in the other wing and I had to take 2 elevators to get there. The gym is extremely small with 1 treadmill and a few weights. The spa is equipped with a steam, sauna and massage rooms. The bar & restaurant in the lobby is quite good. Tried them for dinner on a couple of days. Service is always great. The rooms are spacious and offers a nice view of the little town of Eindhoven. The hotel is walking distance from the Eindhoven train station. Taxis can be ordered from the hotel reception since Uber was not very reliable. We stated here during Glow 2019 and the reception staff were helpful with maps & umbrellas. Overall a good stay and looking forward to visiting again.

They tried to reject the incidence and did not release the house cleaner name. It is obviously counted as partnership is incrustation. The food in the restaurant is really quite nice. (sushi down the street at the Van Der Valk Hotel is amazing, but the Novotel food is a much better value for money). I like the Novotel for a silly reason. I often pack a PlayStation PS4 when I travel. The network at the Novotel is wired, fast, and the TV has a no-fuss HDMI connection. I can hook up my PS4 and play games in no time at all. The network at the VDV hotel is literally unplayable for games, even though it's acceptable for basic web browsing. The rest of this Novotel lives up to what you expect from a Novotel hotel: clean, functional, polite, reliable. Seriously though: the food is good. I've stayed in a bunch of hotels in the area, and this one is the one I keep coming back to.
