Now, Murfreesboro has The Avenue where most of the stores have moved to. This mall does not offer anything great and to be honest, the stores that are there don't offer the best selection compared to their other locations. The only time I go here is for contacts at LensCrafters, or to visit the bar that's attached. They do have a few good stores, but this mall is definitely not my first stop. Now, after saying all that. They are getting an amazing movie theater (you know the one with comfy seats, and you can order a drink and food from your seat) in the upcoming year. I'm sure this is going to bring more stores and options to this mall. We will see!

Then when I went looking for assistance, the employees were clustered in one part of the store. While the woman behind the counter made light of our complaints I remember this type of advertising being labeled as "bait and switch" We did purchase a couple of items and when we got home they charged a service fee on our purchase for using a credit card. It would have been nice if like other retail establishments and restaurants you indicated there would be a service charge for using a card. Well folks you lost our future business. The owner responded to my review . There was no sign indicating a charge for Credit card purchases on the counter at the point of sale as she indicated in her response. And I copied and pasted the exact wording in quotes in my review via the email we received regarding the sale.. I have viewed Instagram videos over the years and the owner cashed me out.
