I graduated from college back in the 70's with a degree in retailing and worked in the industry for a number of years. While the woman behind the counter made light of our complaints I remember this type of advertising being labeled as "bait and switch" We did purchase a couple of items and when we got home they charged a service fee on our purchase for using a credit card. It would have been nice if like other retail establishments and restaurants you indicated there would be a service charge for using a card. Well folks you lost our future business. The owner responded to my review . There was no sign indicating a charge for Credit card purchases on the counter at the point of sale as she indicated in her response. And I copied and pasted the exact wording in quotes in my review via the email we received regarding the sale.. I have viewed Instagram videos over the years and the owner cashed me out. If you look at another review on this site they also indicated prices had gone drastically up. The one true statement is no one pressured us to buy anything,
