The apartment was very clean, modern, well stocked, comfortable beds, great wifi, and the most wonderful landlords. The family that owns Zoe homes is truly awesome; Darnell and Tre went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home, answering any questions we had and very prompt maintenance! They kept in contact with us our whole stay to make sure everything went well. Darnell was very kind and friendly, and Tre was so helpful. The apartment is gated and very safe, there is a great fitness area, and my husbands commute to the Mike Monroney Aeronotical Center was only 9 minutes away, much closer than many of the other options. This is a really fantastic place to stay and these people are truly awesome. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Kodilta SUCKS!…read more I have been trying to get in touch with Michelle E. and anyone with Kodilta for over a week now thru emails, phone calls, and texts--and have been unsuccessful at making any housing arrangements. I have not even gotten past the inquiry stage as to whether a unit is available. It took several emails over a course of the week to get a response that stated "We are closed on the weekends but will re-check availabilities and let you know tomorrow morning." Well, letting me know "tomorrow morning" never happened! I called the company that morning during their business hours, only to reach an employee of their messaging service who took my info for a call back. That has yet to happen. I called again this morning, and lo and behold--according to the person who answered the phone, Michelle or anyone else is unavailable to talk to me! I highly DO NOT recommend this place based on my initial impression! If they can't even take care of a prospective client, what makes anyone think they will be attentive to one who already utilizes their service.

We had planned to stay at a home in his neighborhood so we can easily walk to his house and walk to the Airbnb. About a week before leaving we started to hear through the news about a once in a generation storm hitting the Midwest. We were nervous, but wanted to continue with our scheduled plans. When the week of the vacation came, Southwest canceled our flight, we rescheduled the flight with a layover just to make it work. Then the real hassle, Southwest canceled our flight and could not offer a second flight until a few days after with no guarantee. We had communicated this all with "A Real Home Away" just to keep them in the loop. We briefly explored driving, but upon looking at the driving conditions, they were considered "dangerous and unsafe" by every local traffic authority. We were trapped. We could not get to Oklahoma safely, and as a Father of 4 from Phoenix Az, I do not do much snow driving and found it safest to just reschedule the vacation. We contacted A Real Home Away and told them our dilema. They recommended to cancel our reservation. We did. This enacted Airbnbs cancellation policy, which meant they could keep half of our entire reservation amount, almost $1,000! Sorry, long story, we went through the Airbnb channels and they said that A Real Home Away could give us a refund but refused. I asked to follow Airbnbs "severe weather" policy and they still refused. I asked if, since we were planning another trip, to take our almost $1,000 to place it towards another stay. We were not robbing them, just simply asking for our deposit since there was no safe way to get to the home. They still refused. I do not recommend this company. Please, stay with a home owned by a person, these people have no compassion and will not assist you even in the most trying of times. Thanks for reading. Lane
